How in the world can you do anything but enjoy this, “Na” (Me, Myself), the opening number of Rain’s 2005 Rainy Day Tour? This was my very first glimpse of JiHoon EVER, on the now defunct AZN TV Channel that fateful day back in 2005—when he came up through that trap door and gave us all that stare. With that physique, and that hair. I didn’t even know his name. And I didn’t care. ♥

Kim Tae Woo talks about his brotherly bonds with Rain & J.Y. Park

Breaking his year-and-six months hiatus, Kim Tae Woo has made a return to the music industry leaning upon the shoulders of his brother musicians, Rain and J.Y. Park (JYP).
His latest title track, “Brothers & Me“, was released on March 23rd, and it guest-features the vocals of the two superstars. The song quickly climbed up in ranking to take the #1 spot on various online music real-time charts.
When asked about how the trio came to produce “Brothers & Me”, Kim Tae Woo revealed, “When I asked Jin Young hyung to help produce the song, and asked Ji Hoon to sing in it, they readily agreed despite their extremely busy schedules.”
He continued, “With my thankful heart, I carefully brought up money matters, but they said that they were just really happy and had a lot of fun producing as a trio for the first time, and said that rather than money, they just wanted me to offer them soju in return.”
Kim Tae Woo’s full album is slated for a March 29th release, which will be followed through by his first comeback performance on Mnet’s M! Countdown on the 31st.

I found it quite interesting that the name of this show (if that is indeed the name; the tip on The Cloud says “Khan Pak”) translates as “itch to speak.” I suppose that is what a talk show is all about though, right? 🙂 Rain’s segment begins at around the 6:30 minute mark. Where oh where will that train stop next? Hmm. Now, I’m no psychic, but I’m of a mind that any country in or outside of Asia could be in the running. (Remember the Legend of Rainism Asia Tour? Las Vegas isn’t in Asia, yet there he was. Just sayin’.) It’s going to be interesting, watching how this pans out. And hoping…
JiHoon will be flying out of Incheon Airport on his way to Beijing early Friday morning, the 25th. Let us wish him Godspeed, a terrific show, and a safe trip back home.

Unless my eyes are playing tricks on me, seems like Gori’s gorgeous locks have been trimmed just a little. And oh well, SooBong is as handsome as ever, no difference there. Rawrrrr…!

MBLAQ says Good Bye Again.

Can it really be time for the MBLAQ boys to be saying good bye?
It sure seems like they just got started with this comeback, and what a lovely journey they have taken us on, starting out with what is really my favorite with this set of promotions, “Cry.” Then moving on to “Stay” and finally wrapping up with “Again.”
What a tough time they have had too, first going up against the “Kings” TVXQ and then Big Bang.
The good part is they actually were up for 1st place on several shows! That is quite the accomplishment for what is really a rookie group. They are paying their dues now and I know those dues will pay off in the end, for they are so improved this time around, it’s almost like they’re a new group.
Fighting MBLAQ! Keep up the good work! “You are good Job!” ^.~
