The U.S. concerts at the Warner Theater in Washington, D.C. that Clouds and fans are currently finding on ticketing agencies online are NOT for 비 Rain (a.k.a. Jung JiHoon).
Those concerts, dated March 8 – 9, 2016, are concerts for the U.S. rock and roll band Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles. Some ticketing sites are displaying Bi Rain’s pictures by mistake (how ridiculous!), and fans are leaving reviews about Rain by mistake — they don’t know these are not his concerts.
There are multiple ticketing sites contributing to this problem. I’ll use this one for an example.

A Halloween party held on October 31, at the Lotte Hotel Busan 3rd floor art hall. I was able to participate this time.
午後７時ごろ座席の抽選、午後７時半ごろ入場し、午後８時をだいぶ過ぎたころに始まったファンミーティング。
A lottery for seating was at about 7:00 p.m, entry was at about 7:30 p.m, and the fan meeting began a while after 8:00 p.m.
全てが終わる頃には、既に午後１１時を過ぎていたように思います。
After everything had finished, I think it was past 11:00 p.m.
３０Sexy や LA SONG をはじめ、聴きたかった曲もたくさん聴けて、セクシー＆洗練されたしなやかダンスも惜しみなく披露してくれました。

K-Pop celebrity to star in Queensland tourism campaign
Korean celebrity and K-Pop sensation, Rain, will star in a new Queensland tourism marketing campaign that will entice more Korean travelers to visit.
Minister for Tourism and Major Events, Kate Jones, said K-Pop, or Korean pop music, was a cultural phenomenon in Korea and amongst millions across the world. “Rain will travel to Queensland to front the new ‘Q-Pop’ campaign that will invite Koreans to visit,” Ms Jones said. “The campaign will encourage Koreans to holiday in the state and experience attractions including Cairns and Great Barrier Reef; surfing and water sports on the Gold Coast; outdoor nightlife and lifestyle experiences in Brisbane; and the state’s array of food and wine offerings.
“TEQ will work in partnership with Korean Air and other in-market trade partners from early November to promote flight and holiday packages to Queensland.”
Minister Jones said the announcement of the Q-Pop initiative coincided with a tourism trade mission to the country which included a celebration to mark 20 years since Queensland had first established a tourism presence in the market.
“TEQ led a delegation of nine tourism businesses to Seoul and Busan this week, marking the 20-year milestone,” she said. “Korea is an important market for Queensland with 53,000 Koreans visiting the state in the year to June 2015, a four per cent year-on-year increase, spending $147 million on their visits. This is why we’ve had a presence in market over the past two decades – to work closely with trade partners each year, market Queensland holidays and encourage inbound travel by Koreans. The trade mission, ’Queensland on Tour – Korea’ has allowed Queensland tourism operators to meet with approximately 200 travel trade representatives to establish relationships and grow business opportunities.
Tourism operators from the Gold Coast, Whitsundays, Brisbane and Tropical North Queensland were represented on the mission, including wildlife parks, tour operators, island resorts and theme parks.”

Rain launches his new entertainment company and signs on the dotted line
After a September filled with questions concerning entertainer Rain‘s decision to leave Cube Entertainment and whether or not another agency was in his future, October has yielded an answer. In a statement released on Rain’s official website this past weekend, his newly launched management agency R.A.I.N. Company announced that the mega-star (a.k.a. Jung Ji Hoon) has signed an exclusive contract with them effective October 1.

The announcement came down from On High via Rain’s official website, official fan community, and official social media on October 12. 비“RAIN COMPANY” 설립. (R.A.I.N Company established.) R.A.I.N company의 첫 번째 소식입니다. (The first news of R.A.I.N Company.)

Rain announced on October 11 that “I have signed a contract with Rain Company as of October 1.”
Rain Company is a new management company founded by Rain himself, focusing entirely on Rain at the moment. He further said, “We formed a dream team of multi-entertainment, by recruiting the best from each area of the entertainment industry. We adapted the agency system of the United States, and we hope to manage actors and singers.”
