Rain looked pretty happy and content as he signed a Rain Effect Repackage album book, an iPhone case, and a few other things on the way to his car at Hong Kong International Airport. An unfortunate lady fell in the bedlam and he tried to help her up. (She didn’t appear to have been hurt, thank goodness.) ^@@^

FYI: 1/31/2016. Even though Chinese hypoallergenic cosmetics giant J·VJQ Jin Quan (JVJQ 瑾泉) hasn’t saturated the market with anywhere near the number of Rain ad campaigns that Mentholatum China has, they are still firmly on board the Rain train and have been since March 2011. They didn’t have much of a presence on the Internet either, but with the passage of time, all of that has changed.

Now, they have no less than 3 impressive websites and they’ve been sharing Rain’s appearances and his posts on their Weibo. 🙂 ^@@^

1/13/2016. Article and video on Singpao Daily News about Rain bringing The Squall to Hong Kong. What absolutely tickles me to death is that if you didn’t know it was a news video on Sing Pao’s (成報) YouTube channel, you would never guess it.

There is NO talking, no commentary, no mention of anything, just Rain doing amazing things with his pelvis onstage. The subject title of the video (亞洲巡演唱功舞技大爆發 Rain濕身誘惑晒八塊腹肌) does mention an Asian tour, a singing and dancing explosion, abdominal muscles, and “Wet & Messy”, though. Yeahhhhhhh. kekeke~ ^@@^

Hey there, Clouds and Rain fans! How up to speed is your Rain Trivia? Let’s find out.

With 7 albums (9, including FanClub 1 and 2), 1 mini-album, several repackages, and numerous single releases and duets under his belt, that’s a heck of a lot of songs Rain’s been singing over the years. And in the midst of all of those song titles, there are 2 words in particular that have carried him a long way. Just as “I” (난 “Nan”) has brought him a long way on the concert stage, these 2 words have dominated his lyrics.

As y’all recall, I was a bit miffed at Dreame Co. back in mid-December when it seemed they had totally skipped over getting video footage of The Cloud’s charitable initiative for those in need this winter, in support of Rain’s world tour concerts in Seoul. After all, they make a video every year! The good news is… they were late in posting this year’s garland footage, and just uploaded it on December 27.
