» [9 vids] From Stephe’s desk: Rain Trivia! Which 2 words have given his song titles the best mileage? (#2!)

With 7 albums (9, including FanClub 1 and 2), 1 mini-album, several repackages, and numerous single releases and duets under his belt, in the midst of all of those song titles, there are 2 words in particular that have carried Rain a long way. What are they? I’ll bet you know! 🙂 The word in the #2 spot, from Friday, was “love.” No surprise there, right? 😉

The time has come for the #1 word that you will find the most in Rain’s song titles, in English and Korean, and, as a result, sprinkled throughout a lot of his lyrics! You should also know that the #1 word beat the #2 word by only two songs.

♥ “Love Song” / “The Song That Brings You Back” (“널 붙잡을 노래”) [LYRICS]

Rain special mini-album Back To The Basic (2010). Stage compilation. Yes, you saw this song on the #2 word list yesterday because its officially marketed English title is “Love Song.” However, it’s also going on the #1 word list today because its officially marketed Korean title is “ 붙잡을 노래” (Neol Bootjabeul Norae, or The Song That Brings You Back. 널 [Neol] is “you” in object form.)

Rain, you clever boy! hahaha

This fan made is truly special. It takes me back to April 2010 when, for the entire month, Rain treated Clouds and viewers to a different colored Swarovski crystal outfit every single Back To The Basic comeback performance, and an Atlanta or a NY ball cap to boot. Half the fun was guessing which color he’d wear next. This video moves seamlessly between all of them! Wow! ❤ ^@@^

  3. Hey, Korean Clouds should be all over these trivia questions in the comments. They are the ones who are privy to all his albums no matter what language he sings in. They get first crack at all of them. We’re kind of limited (or at least “I” am), when it comes to all his song titles and album titles. LOL.

I was hoping some Korean Clouds would help us out on this post. SMILES.

  4. Hey Stephe I had to come up for air after reviewing your fantasy Rain Playlists for the US. First, I had flashbacks from my younger days and then my replacement knees sent weak just thinking of RAIN singing them and him dancing to them. It was just too much this grandmother to take.
