Asia Economy’s Sports Today is reporting that now that all of the Runaway Plan B shooting has been completed abroad, the remainder of the filming in South Korea will immediately begin in earnest.
A Runaway production official is quoted as saying that they’re only waiting for the rest of the crew to get back (which by now should have already happened), and that worry over the terrible hostage situation that recently took place in the Philippines didn’t add any difficulty to the drama filming there.
Word on the street, though, from someone only identified as “Rain’s close associate,” is that they were all pretty scared, and that security wasn’t ideal.

In the last fancam, I kept wondering why Rain looked impatient and uncomfortable while waiting for the production crew to set up the next shot, right?ย And then I finally realized it was because he was handcuffed to Jung-Jin.ย LOL.ย Thank goodness, some crew members finally unlocked the cuffs so he could get a break from all that heat.ย :-}

The Latest on our Overseas Donation Project

I will provide the latest update, including Cloud Masterโs notice of 12 Sept for the benefit of those who support this project.
We mentioned our overseas donation project in a letter, which was delivered to Rainโs manager in Manila on 8 September, together with Korean food prepared for the โFugitive, Plan Bโ crew.
We plan to make 50% cash donation and 50% nutrition supplements to Good Neighbors.
Working with Good Neighbors, we have tentatively arranged to have press coverage on 27 September.ย This is tentative and may be subject to change.
We will prepare some written information on this donation project for the press coverage.ย The content will be cleared with J. Tune in advance.
In view of this timing, we would like to remit our donation into Korea around 20 September.ย This will be our first cut-off date.ย Any subsequent donation received will be grouped together for a second, and final remittance.
Some of you may have seen Cloud Masterโs latest notice on 12 September, asking for opinions again on how to support the artist and the drama.ย The English translation was very brief.ย Based on the Chinese translation, and CMโs subsequent reply, my understanding of CMโs concerns are:
1.ย Since there have been many donations activities by many artists, a donation project may easily be neglected by the media as itโs not fresh news anymore.
2.ย We therefore need to consider how effectively we could use our money, and should consider if we should use the money on the crew, actors, and Rain, who have all worked hard overseas, as well as showing our appreciation to journalists who reported the relevant news.As we have said before, we would have hoped to have a concerted effort with the Korean fan clubs and the Cloud, to make a significant impact, but it looks like the debate will go on and on in the Cloud.
We believe a good charity course is the best way to support the drama and the artist, and we will proceed accordingly.ย We hope to have your support!
I have decided not to do a full translation of Cloud Master notice and reply post, as it is sensitive and should not be spread beyond the cloud member only section.

I would not have been able to make it for the show without the help of Cloud Philippines.ย They have done an excellent job looking after overseas fans so I want to thank them again here!
I have seen from pictures that our prince got quite tanned when he was shooting for Fugitive, Plan B. and I have nicknamed him Chocolate Prince Rain โย sweet and delicious Chocolate Prince Rain.
However at the show, when he stood right in front of me, took off his white jacket after โItโs Rainingโ, revealing his beautifully tanned, slim yet powerful body, he gave me such an exotic, wild, rebellious feeling which is quite different from the still photos.ย He has slimmed down a lot, the tight black trousers and Tee were very fitting.ย He sweated profusely as he danced and sang and he was like a shining black diamond to me. Whether it was โTouch Yaโ or โHip Songโ, Black Diamond Princeโs movements were strong and powerful, yet his body was very flexible.
Compared to other guests, our prince was very subdued.ย He didnโt talk much.ย I was not sure if I heard correctly, but he seemed to say that since there werenโt many of us who understood Korean (and since there was no translator), he would just go on for the next song.ย But he did throw a towel to the floor.ย He didnโt need sweet talks, his performance said it all.
Black Diamond Prince and โHip Songโ was a perfect match.ย He did not even cover his face or any part of his body.ย The shiny dark body and the wild and sexy dance movements just mesmerized all of us.ย There was such an intensity around him as he danced that I felt he was making a statement with his performance โ come what may, he will always be the King of the stage.ย I felt so proud watching him.
But at the same time Black Diamond Prince was mischievous and playful.ย When he was singing โI Doโ, he suddenly pulled up his black tee and did a quick wave dance which sent us screaming.ย He enjoyed this.ย We all wished to see him pull up his tee and do the wave dance again when he performed โLove Songโ. He knew what we expected, he took off his black diamond armor, tucked out his tee, realized he hadnโt taken off his cap, quickly did that and started to pull up his black tee.ย We all screamed loudly, he gave us a smirk and shook his head, and pulled down his tee again.ย He clearly enjoyed fooling us and wore that naughty smile as he continued with his performance.ย If you watched the fan cam you would see why he smiled when he was supposed to be singing a sad love song!
I had never seen our prince stick out his tongue so many times at a show.ย If you missed these from the fan cams just watched the Fugitive, Plan B teaser again and you would get the picture.ย I guess he still has the Ji Woo character deep in him. The flamboyant, cute, confident Ji Woo was very noticeable โ could you imagine our prince licking his finger as he sang โLove Storyโ?!ย ย When he was performing โRainismโ, at the very last part where he was bending backwards very low, he stopped for half a second to show off to us how low he could get!ย Black Diamond Prince syndrome or may be Ji Woo syndrome was at work!
After a very cheerful โInstead of Goodbyeโ Black Diamond Prince disappeared back stage.ย None of us left.ย We kept calling his name and encore. I was sure he felt our love.
Thank you again, Chocolate Prince turned Black Diamond Prince Rain, for such a wonderful performance.

Last week it was Runaway: Plan B and now this week it’s Fugitive: Plan B?ย What the heck?ย Cloud USA would like to take this opportunity to tell KBS that for all we care this show could be called MUD.ย As long as it has Rain in it, we’re GOOD.ย So STOP IT with the title changes, already.
Anyhoo…(sorry, lost my train of thought for a minute there…)…the reason I came all the way over here was I just discovered that KBSWorldi has finally posted the preview of Runaway/Fugitive on their WEBSITE’S BLOGSPOT HERE.
Feel free to comment on it.ย I just did.ย Well, okay.ย I mostly screeched, but that’s still “technically” a comment, right? FYI, I think the comments are being moderated, because as soon as I made mine, it vanished. Probably a good idea, KBS, because you never know what is going to come popping out of a Cloud’s mouth whenever it is exposed to Rain.ย Seriously.

Dramabeans 9/13/2010 โ Runaway poster is out
The first poster is out for KBSโs Runaway (Plan B), and itโs a battle of the cocked guns and eyebrows as everyone puts on their fiercest Blue Steels. From left to right, we have Yoon Jin-seo and Lee Jung-jin as cops, Rain and Lee Na-young as the two leads, and Daniel Henney playing a devoted protector type (aka, The Henney).
In this romantic-comedy action drama, Rain plays a private detective who is approached by Lee Na-young, who hides her true motives while acting the part of client. They get caught up in a case involving a large amount of cash that went missing in the Korean War, and are chased through Asia by the two cops.
The drama has attracted a lot of interest not only for its cast but its writer-director pair, who last led KBS to ratings gold with their blockbuster sageuk action drama Chuno. Itโll air on Wednesdays and Thursdays after Baker King Kim Tak-gu wraps.

MANILA, Philippines – Asian pop star Rain and Korean-American actor-model Daniel Henney were interviewed on TV5’s “Paparazzi” about their experiences in the Philippines, work and personal life.
The two are in the country to shoot scenes for “Fugitive,” a co-production of Domangja and TV5. The film tells the story of Jiwoo (played by Rain), a famous investigator assigned to solve the mysterious death of an Asian couple in Las Vegas.
โI went to six cities in five countries in shooting the โFugitiveโ. Itโs like a movie schedule,โ Rain told โPaparazzi.โ
Henney, on the other hand, said his character in the drama is like a puppet master.
โThis is the character theyโve never seen. This is most difficult character Iโve played in a Korean drama till now. This guy holds the keys. He plays the puppet master, which is very difficult for me because I have to know every single storyline,โ Henney said.
โFugitiveโ will be Rainโs comeback to the Korean drama scene. His last drama was โA Love To Killโ which was shown in 2005. Rain shot to fame when he did the drama โFull Houseโ in 2004.
Despite the sweltering temperature, Rain and Henney said they are enjoying their stay in the Philippines.
โI love Manila even before especially Cebu. Iโm also recommending to my other friends to visit the Philippines. I love it here,โ Rain told DJ Mo.
For Henney, he will never forget a memorable night in Boracay.
โWe were in Boracay one night, I remember. We finished the shoot. We had a boat that was kinda off the shore. The flying fish. Iโll never forget it. We were swimming with the flying fish. Itโs like forever embedded in my mind. And the beautiful white sand.โ
Henney also revealed that he doesnโt have a girlfriend at the moment.
Asked if he will consider having a Filipina girlfriend, Henney said โOf course, why not?โ
For him, the most important thing is that the girl should have a sense of humor.
He said his family grew up in an atmosphere that can be likened to โSaturday Night Live,โ a comedy and variety show in the US.
โLaughter is very important. (The girl should be) Down to earth but cool at the same time,โ he said.
For Rain, his priority right now is his career. He is doing all his celebrity activities before he enters the Korean military early next year.
Rain said he is focusing on his singing and acting careers.
โI will continue singing and acting. But Iโm looking forward to show you guys moreโฆa better Rain,โ he said.

Today’s episode is about our service for the team (enthusiastic Runaway Plan B fans) whose eyes hurt by staring at a computer screen all day in case any still [photo ^@@^] for “Runaway Plan B” comes out on the site.
Somebody says that her eyes seem to be [about to] pop out.
Since I cannot remain indifferent when so many people are suffering…ใ ใ I’ve actually come to upload an undisclosed still on the site ^^
Itโs already September. Come to think of it, it happened almost exactly three months ago.
I went to Hong Ick University with Ji Hoon hyung (Rain) in order to shoot some still pictures for the drama shooting completely out of the blue.
This still picture has come out in the teaser clip shown to the public before, the way it is against the wall in Lee Na Young’s room..ใ ใ
Anyway, we tried to shoot the stills without anyoneโs knowledge, but three fans were gathered already..^^
However, we worked [and] finished quickly..^^
On my drive home at that time, I thought it was a day when I reminded myself of the fact “He was Rain”..ใ ใ

•September 14, 2010 • 8 CommentsEDaily/JES News is reporting in their pages today that Rain is back home in South Korea after his L-O-N-G ZEPP Tour/Love Saitama/Runaway Plan B filming odyssey.
J.Tune is quoted as saying that Rain and the drama cast arrived at Incheon Airport at about 6 am Wednesday morning, September 15 (around 5 pm EST on the 14th here in Atlanta) and headed straight to Seoul.

Finally, after leaving Seoul way back around June 21st and arriving in Japan for his 2010 Rain Love Tour press conference, Ji-Hoon is back on home soil.ย Let us all breathe a collective sigh of relief.
Well… let’s rethink that.ย Actually, it’s been a lot of fun, hasn’t it?
The ZEPPing, and getting more up close and personal with the Men behind the Man, the new W-Phone commercial shooting in Yokohama, the fascinating Tokyo architecture, the fan accounts, the breathtaking stills from each Runaway Plan B set, the beauty of Beijing, the beauty of Macao, Rain being Spotted! by MTV USA in Shanghai, Gori’s tweets, moonbeards’ tweets, all of the magazine coverage (especially ELLE!), watching the character named “Ji-Woo” form before our very eyes…
Yes, it’s been a wonderful ride, indeed. ๐
Only the last two weeks stank (thanks to the Media Who Will No Longer Be Named, and whoever used Rain in the Intensity show shenanigans).ย Rain’s devoted fans and fan cammers, and his fantastic performance in Manila, saved the day.
You so deserve to completely veg out for at least a week, Ji-Hoon.ย But whether you’ll rest or not is anyone’s guess…
