Don’t just take my word for it.
Back around four months after Rain’s debut, MBC’s Section TV declared that he, Ji Sung, and Park JungChul were all just too sexy for their shirts, and used footage from Rain’s 2002 Cosmopolitan photo shoot to prove their case when it came to him. I say they had a valid point.
The way Rain’s face and body knew exactly how to move for the photographer’s camera with minimal direction and for the most effect, even that early in his career, said loud and clear that he might have looked like a babe in the woods but he sho ’nuff wasn’t. I’m just sayin’.
Mama knows. 🙂

Dear fans, do enjoy this clip from December of 비’s debut year, where he, WheeSung, and Richie came trotting to the podium to receive their 2002 Seoul Music Awards’ New Singer awards.
He was so darned delighted—so cute!—that all he could think to do between giggles was thank JYPE and everyone in the audience and then get the heck on. Heehee. And then it was on to an awesome jazzed-up version of “Bad Guy” and a dance break with two little kids who could really throw down.

Later on that month, Rain and WheeSung clinched a New Performer of the Year Award each. They were on a roll. 🙂 As you may recall, this was also the show where Rain had a pretty cool dance-off with himself.

Yes, lovely Clouds, the calendar is done, finished, and this afternoon Stephe drove over to FedEx and shipped it off to Rain, in South Korea.
The calendar is 20 months long and is filled with lovely photos, quotes and sweet, sweet messages from you—Rain’s dear Clouds. So much love went into this project that we just know it is going to make Rain smile.
Our contacts in Korea have said that they will let us know when it arrives, and then it is just a matter of it being packed in a box that is headed for Rain’s new unit. We will let you know whenever it’s all a done deal.

The ROK Ministry of Defense has just released this touching music video with the phenomenal Park HyoShin singing a tribute to the fallen soldiers of the Cheonan Naval Tragedy.
Actor Lee DongGun (you may remember him as Rain’s rival for the girl in SangDoo! Let’s Go To School) also stars in the music video, and pianist Jung JaeIl is accompanying them on the soundtrack. What a trio of enlisted celebs! What an amazing idea.
It was exactly two years ago next Monday when the ROKS Cheonan sank from an explosion. Of 104 on board, 46 souls were lost, and the country was thrown into mourning amid suspicions that the tragedy was no accident. Rain’s mini-album Back To The Basic was just being released, but his comeback stages and many music shows and regular programming on South Korean TV were delayed throughout April 2010 out of respect for the dead and their families.
Rain and HyoShin are busy doing PR duties together in VietNam at this time, but should be back in Seoul in another day or so.

OMG, fans! Don’t get me wrong. I have no problem with showing JiHoon love and support at the airport. But this is crazy. Rain looked not only horrified, but miserable. If anyone had gotten hurt, he would have been devastated.
