Awesome KPop/KDrama/Classical moment of the day: Three ROK PR soldiers pay tribute.

The ROK Ministry of Defense has just released this touching music video with the phenomenal Park HyoShin singing a tribute to the fallen soldiers of the Cheonan Naval Tragedy.
Actor Lee DongGun (you may remember him as Rain’s rival for the girl in SangDoo! Let’s Go To School) also stars in the music video, and pianist Jung JaeIl is accompanying them on the soundtrack. What a trio of enlisted celebs! What an amazing idea.
It was exactly two years ago next Monday when the ROKS Cheonan sank from an explosion. Of 104 on board, 46 souls were lost, and the country was thrown into mourning amid suspicions that the tragedy was no accident. Rain’s mini-album Back To The Basic was just being released, but his comeback stages and many music shows and regular programming on South Korean TV were delayed throughout April 2010 out of respect for the dead and their families.
Rain and HyoShin are busy doing PR duties together in VietNam at this time, but should be back in Seoul in another day or so.

Beautiful!!! The video is amazing and I love the pride on putting up the uniform, the boots, etc. Park Hyo Shin’s voice is lovely, so tender and full of soul.Great performance! I love the military but I would love it more if lives were not in danger. Such a beatiful heart-felt tribute to the soldiers who gave their lives for his country. They will never be forgotten.

I love Park Hyo Shin’s voice! I have most of his CDs but wasn’t able to get a couple of the earlier ones. I recommend the compilation CD of best tracks called “The Gold”.

Great video, very patriotic. Love Park’s voice……beautiful! I do remember about the Naval ship sinking in Korea. It was in the news over here too. This is a great way to utilize the entertainers in the military.
Boy, our celebs would sh*t bricks if they had to sign up. I laugh but it’s sad at the same time, just picture an episode of Celebrity Fit club and that’s what WE would get. This video moment is a great thing for Korea.
