As y’all know, four celebrated game changers — Rain (a.k.a. the original worldstar, The King of K-Pop), the president of Walt Disney Imagineering, the president of Alibaba Pictures, and Wang Lee Hom (a.k.a. The King of Chinese Pop) — are being awarded global Asia Society‘s highest honor tonight in Los Angeles.
You also know Korea’s Magic Feet wasn’t going to just sit in his hotel. 🙂
Rain posted two cool images of himself on his Instagram today at the Louis Vuitton X exhibit on Rodeo Drive, a luxurious two-story building that houses 160 years of the brand’s innovative history. It makes sense he would enjoy being there, what with being a fashion icon and all, and having modeled the design brand several times in his life, right? And of course, the fashionable ladies there sought out pictures with him in droves. Who could blame them?
The Asia Society’s Entertainment Game Changer Awards Dinner is only a few hours away. How excited and nervous Rain must be. If only I’d had $650. burning a hole in my pocket (and air and hotel and rental car fare), I could be a fly on that wall, you know?
We’re all there in spirit with him, anyway. I’m good with that. 🙂
