As we understand it, from Rain’s conversation with his troop mates at this performance in our previous post HERE, the Consolatory Train ย program is going on hiatus for the remainder of the year and for the next several months. A good thing, seeing as JiHoon, KCM, and all the DEMA soldiers and artists must be exhausted. After all, they’ve been going since this past May. ^@@^

As soon as we get the info coming to us on the North American DVD release, rest assured we will relay it to you. If you cannot wait (?) or don’t mind having your R2B money count in Asia, just make sure you have the proper equipment to play a Region 3 DVD and do your thang.
R2B: Return to Baseย / Return To Base / Soar Into The Sun / Black Eagle has touched down on tarmacs in South Korea, the U.S.A. and Canada, and is on its way around the world. It has premiered in Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, at the London Korean Film Festival in England and Scotland, and in Indonesia, and in Taiwan. The premiere in Japan is underway as we speak.ย There is no telling where else this bird is going to land, so everyone be on the lookout.

Today’s third one out of undisclosed photos posted on 2012 Oulim (์ด์ธ๋ฆผ) blog.
The two photos prior to this can be checked on its Twitter. The following photo shows current corporal ‘Jung Ji Hoon’ (Rain) transferred to the Defense Media Agency last March. In those days (when he was transferred to the Defense Media Agency), he was a private first-class.~ It shows him being interviewed for being transferred in.
Photos of ‘Kim Ji Suk’ who was a sergeant when he was discharged from the service, and of corporal ‘Kim Jae Wook’ being interviewed being transferred in, will be posted on its Facebook~^^

Indeed, as far as we’re concerned, it is one of the best performances of his life, period.
So much went into it, from his walking on water/inclined entrance all the way to the amazing performance of “Rainism” at the end. And it needed to be, seeing as he was formally saying hello to his Korean fans again after being gone for so long, doing Speed Racer and Ninja Assassin back to back.
But yes, the Rain Abs were looking GOODย that night. (Back at this time, the MAMAsโMnet Asian Music Awards,ย were still called the MKMFโMnet Korean Music Festival.)

Since their home is Los Angeles, David and Clara do not get to Atlanta too often. So, this rare appearance here thrilled their Atlanta fans, especially the new ones who had just discovered them and their amazing talent.
โIโm a new fan,โ Carlos said. โMy friend told me there was going to be a concert today, so I thought it would be a really great experience to get to know them more by going to their show.โ
โI recently became a fan because of my friends I came with tonight,โ Samantha said. โIโm really excited to see Clara C, because she has a beautiful voice. Itโs so exciting to actually see her in person.โ

Do enjoy this, Rain performing “Bad Guy” and “It’s Raining” on an MTV special in Beijing in 2005. (He got an MTV Chinaย CCTV Mandarin Music Honors Award there, for favorite artist.)
He was throwing his charisma and those chest pumps around like there was no tomorrow. WHAT a character.
