I grinned all the way through this terrific performance again.
Couldn’t help it, especially when Rain botched up “I Do” just a little and the Fab Ones laughed, which made him laugh, which made me laugh. 😀
And, I don’t think I said it before, but I’m really proud of the way they all handled that very determined fan.
They saw her coming long before we did, and Big_K (Gori) was on it, with the others backing him up. You could tell right away that he didn’t want to knock her down, he wanted to slow her down so she didn’t hurt herself or hurt Rain. (Nicely done, dude!)
Rain was his usual gallant self and graciously took her gift and showed her to the stairs after forcefully preventing her from being manhandled by security, which was pretty cool. I’m not blaming security though—dude was only doing his job. Rain getting hurt by someone (either accidentally or on purpose) would have been on his head, and he had no idea what the girl had on her, if you know what I mean.
Those types of situations are just plain scary, aren’t they?

If you’ve sent belated birthday gifts or any mail to Rain this past week, don’t panic. They are still in the same general area, plus they should be having their mail forwarded to their new digs. ^@@^
What can I say? Looks like it rained cats and dogs when Jung JiHoon came to town for the China Dream Jinhua Love Concert. It certainly did not dampen his looks any! 😀 ^@@^

As we understand it, Big Tae’s (Kim Tae Woo, of g.o.d) baby girl has turned a year old (very cool!), and among the good folks attending the little girl’s birthday party were Rain and good friend Randy Noh, Show Director productions head honcho. Mr. Noh has a special place in our hearts because, as a doggone great concert producer, he has put on many of Rain’s concerts and tweeted about him as well. Hope you’re having a nice summer, Mr. Noh! 🙂 ^@@^

Shortly after the official posters and trailer for upcoming star-studded Hollywood mobster film The Prince (2014) were released last week, Korean entertainer Rain (a.k.a. Jung Ji Hoon) tweeted about his experience and the supporting role he plays in the movie, “Mark.”
This is Rain’s second time playing a skillful killer on the big screen. But, with his Ninja Assassin character, “Raizo,” fighting the bad guys, this is his first time going to “the dark side,” so to speak.
On June 28, he shared his excitement on his Twitter account about playing a “sexy, evil killer” for the first time…

Miller, stars Bruce Willis, John Cusack, Jason Patric, rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, and Jessica Loundes. It also features RAIN in a supporting role as Willis’ right-hand man, “Mark.”
The Prince, produced, financed and distributed by Hannibal Classics, was filmed primarily in Mobile, Alabama…

Fan made of the week: “Eterno Verano” (Eternal Summer), by AdryAngelRain. My Rating: Very cool, and very hot. Made with Road for Rain in Cuba footage and a Jazz version of “Still Believe.” Yesssss.
Rain is Eternal. Where clouds stay gathered, rain will always come. It is inevitable.
“Hello… How’s your health in this hot summer? Soon, the movie ‘THE PRINCE’ that I participated in will open first in USA. I tried out the part of a sexy, evil killer for the first time. It’s a small part, but I did my best with a humble heart.
I’m going to become an actor who does his best no matter what role is played and becomes a scene stealer. Please show a lot of interest. Thank you.”

MANILA, Philippines – Axinite Digicinema brings the high-octane non-stop actioner “The Prince” in local cinemas starring Bruce Willis, Rain, Jason Patric and John Cusack in an unrelenting action film that forces a retired crime boss back into the seedy underworld he’d left behind.
Directed by Brian A. Miller, known for his film-noir and cutting edge work in the action thrillers “Officer Down” and “The Outsider,” “The Prince” brings the audience in the gritty underworld of revenge-seeking gangsters. The movie finds Paul Brennan (Patric) twenty years after his retirement, a retired New Orleans crime boss, has lived a quiet life off the grid, running an auto repair garage in remote Mississippi. When his teenage daughter goes missing, Paul is forced to return to the city and face his former enemies. With the help of his daughter’s friend Angela (Jessica Lowndes), Paul comes face to face with Omar (Willis), the city’s most powerful man whose family he mistakenly took out, in an explosive final standoff that may offer redemption for Paul’s past mistakes.
Known in American movies by his real name Jung Ji Hoon, legendary K-pop idol Bi-Rain can be seen on the first teaser release for the new star studded Lionsgate movie The Prince. This is not be the first time that Bi-Rain has starred in an American movie. His first taste of the US movie scene was as Taejo Togokahn the rookie racer in the 2008 movie adaptation of Speed Racer. He then made a big name for himself when he starred as adult Raizo in the 2009 release of Ninja Assassin.
It seems that his skills in martial arts, English language, acting and singing has left a great impression for The Prince director Brian A Miller. Cast alongside some very big names such as Bruce Willis, John Cusack, Jessica Lowndes, Jason Patric and Curtis Jackson (aka: 50 Cent) the movie follows the story of a father with a mysterious past…

On June 25th, a representative of Tree Planet said, “RAIN’s fans made a forest named after him in celebration of his 12th debut anniversary.”
‘RAIN Forest’ was made a Seoul Children’s Grand Park, and the project was held as a part of ‘Star Forest Project.’ ‘Star Forest Project’ is a environmentally friendly project that stars’ fans sponsor through fundraising.
‘RAIN Forest’ was made in celebration of RAIN’s 12th debut anniversary and birthday, and RAIN’s fans held fundraising events for the project for a while.
The fans raised approximately 12 million KRW, and the forest was made at Cherry Blossom Trail that is located right in front of Dome Arts Hall in Seoul Children’s Grand Park.
Cherry Blossom Trail is one of the most famous spots in Children’s Grand Park, but a few trees required replacements. RAIN’s fans planted a great number of different trees at the trail and other surrounding areas so that visitors can take a much more pleasant visit.
Fans who participated in the project said, “We decided to bring this project out in an appreciation for RAIN’s care for us, and in celebration of his 12th debut anniversary. We hope many citizens would make a lot of beautiful memories at the forest.”
The head of ‘Tree Planet’ said, “‘Star Forest Project’ is a very meaningful project because fans, who also are ordinary citizens, are participating in an environmentally friendly project. This saves a lot of budgets for the government and other NGOs, and we will keep doing our best so that more citizens participate in such projects.”
As IMDb has already made known, Rain’s next Hollywood gig is coming to theaters across the U.S.A. on August 22.
As fugitive “JiWoo” would say, “Halleluia!”
This is the second trailer we Rain fans have seen thus far. The first one was 2 minutes long and released by Hannibal Classics for this year’s Cannes Film Festival. ^@@^

Bruce Willis Collides With Jason Patric and John Cusack in the First Trailer for ‘The Prince’
Not long ago, the most aggravating part of being the father of a teenage daughter was having to make nice with their loser boyfriends. These days, it seems to involve having to rescue them from gangs of armed thugs.
As we see in the first trailer for The Prince, Jason Patric finds himself in exactly such a predicament…
羅 霖 Luo Lin (a.k.a. Candy Lo, Candy Law) was in attendance at jewelry brand Marvella’s flagship store opening in Macau yesterday, and posted a picture of herself and Rain at an event on her Weibo and on her Facebook. This lovely Miss Asia 1991 came from very humble beginnings, became a flight attendant, and worked her way up to success because, as a child, she dreamed of making life better for her mother. She is an actress, a wellness spokesperson, and brand ambassador.
She mentioned being at Macau Fisherman’s Wharf and a fashion show by Dorian Ho.
Thanks for sharing your picture, Miss Luo Lin!^^ 🙂 ^@@^
