[11 images][8 Insta cams] Rain shows up on the street for his KBS Guerrilla Date recording. (1/11)
— Cloud cover by Stephe, Managing Editor ^@@^
The way it usually works is this: The fun and games and the interview is recorded first, goes into post-production, and is televised on a KBS Entertainment Weekly episode (in Korean). After that, KBS World televises the same episode as a “Star Date.”
And adds English subtitles! ^@@^

Ok! Now THIS is the type of show I want to see him on! Something grander in scale as befits his star status. (I was just worried that he wasn’t being sued to appear. I guess I fell for those stupid “unpopularity” rumors.)

I agree with you if he was in the US he would be very mindful of the dangers. But I have notice that in Korea, not so much in other countries he has visited the Korean fans try to respect his personal space but it is not always possible with an adoring mob.

Again as an American living in a violent country, I’m shocked at The accessibility granted to the general public! It is really unheard of for a star of Rain’s stature to mingle in touching mob distance with fans. He really is in physical danger whether or not that fits with the mindset of popular Korean culture. I worry, because his personal safety (as well as that of surging crowds) is threatened. I think of John Lennon….

@bagthatshoe – feel free to correct me if I’ve got this wrong, but wasn’t John Lennon killed while at a private residence?
