[articles][info] Rain embarking on his second world tour this weekend.

newspaperOnly the Chinese leg of the Rain Asia Tour “The Squall” has been nailed down at the time of this post.

No other countries, cities, or dates have been negotiated yet, but are in the works, so stay tuned. (*Please note: The concerts set at the Warner Theater in Washington D.C. on March 8 – 9 next year are not 비 Rain. His picture has been mistakenly posted by ticketing websites instead of the Beatles tribute band, also named RAIN.)

He has confirmed that he’s coming our way, so we’re all good. We will happily wait for dates and anticipate him around next summer or fall. (Pssst… hey, Hoonie, don’t forget Europe! Your European Clouds remember when you came to Germany in 2011 and are dying to see you again!^^) 🙂 ^@@^

Rain to launch world tour this week

AEN20151103001700315_01_iSEOUL, Nov. 3 (Yonhap) — South Korean actor and singer Rain will embark on a world tour later this week, starting in China, his management agency said Tuesday.

The 33-year-old will start in Changsa of Hunan province on Saturday and stop at various parts of the country, including Shenzhen, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Beijing, Chengdu and Nanning, R.A.I.N. Company said.

The tour will also take him to Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia from next April to May before he crosses the Pacific to perform in Australia and the Americas.

The singer is also scheduled to release a single and hold concerts in Seoul next month.

“I hope to put on a show that is more passionate than flashy like in the past,” he was quoted as saying by the agency, which he founded last month after leaving Cube Entertainment.

  2. Thanks Stephe for clearing up the mistake about Rain appearing in Washington in March. I was ready to spend all my bill money to get to this concert; ha,ha. I was very disappointed when I called about this concert and the lady told me, “No” this is not the Korean singer, its the Rain band who salutes the Beatles. Very upset, but will wait some more for Rain to get to the United States, preferably New York, Pittsburgh or Las Vegas. Love you Rain!!!

    • You’re welcome, Kerry. You’re not the only one that has happened to, believe me.

In a way, it’s kind of cool because, just think, with fans calling up to ask if this show is Rain’s, he’s getting publicity, haha. “We keep getting calls about this Korean singer Rain? Just who is this guy?” Yessssss! 😀

Thanks for hanging in there and waiting for him!
