How do we get the Rain membership card

Olga, hello there.^^ The membership cards are for paid-up members of Rain’s official world Cloud fan club located in Korea (9th Cloud). When the club opens its doors again for a new membership drive for the next term (10th Cloud), that is when you’ll be able to join and get a card.
We’ll be sure to post that news here so that you don’t miss it. 🙂
