We’d like to send comfort to the lost souls, the survivors, and the loved ones whose lives have been turned upside down by the sinking of the MV Sewol back on April 16.

It’s only a small gesture in the whole scheme of things, but even small things can carry a lot of power, especially when the sincere heart is involved.

If you would like to participate, please do the following:

Send a picture of yourself holding your written message of comfort and condolence OR a graphic message of comfort and condolence made by yourself to letitrain@cloudusa.org. Please include on your message or graphic your location, and your name if you so wish. The deadline is roughly two weeks from now, Monday, May 19.

The go-to person for this project is Cloud USA Activities Director Dot Kelly (@I_am_Dulcie).

Thanks in advance to all who find it in their hearts to help with this project.

  1. Mine is complete and sent, if you haven’t sent any yet please do so there is still time.

Again you don’t have to do a photo of yourself, do something on the computer like I did and send it in. If you can’t do it on a computer make something and take a picture of it then send that in.

Every one we send shows the people of South Korea that we care.

  4. Sorry I’ve been snoozing, time flies when you’re not looking.

How are things going? I hope we have a lot of interest in this.

Even if you may be shy about putting a photo up you could always just create something on your computer with images and a heart felt comment.

A little bit of effort might lighten the hearts of the parents and family of the victims knowing that stranger around the world feel their pain.

I’ll be doing mine tonight. I can’t wait to see what everyone has done.

    Thank you.

    • Regardless of the circumstances this would be a horrible tragedy but for the majority of the victims to me adolescents makes it so much worse they trusted that they would be protected and paid the horrible price.
