From Stephe’s desk: Watching Rain Effect — There may be hope for us overseas Clouds yet. :)
Just an FYI, my lovelies.
By now, you all know that Rain’s new docu-reality TV show “Rain Effect” will be premiering on Mnet in South Korea next Thursday the 19th, at 11 PM Korea Time. Well…
Two little birdies who spoke to Rain’s filming crew in Mobile have told us that the plan may also include Mnet America adding English subtitles to the episodes and starting them here in the U.S. a week or so after the Korea premiere. (Good subtitles take time to do, yo.) If things fall properly into place and this happens, we might have the show here as soon as December 27. What a Christmas present, huh?
PLEASE bear in mind that when it comes to things like this, the best laid plans are subject to change sometimes. Our advice is to keep your fingers crossed, pray, and google the Mnet America channel to see if it is available in your area. Be prepared! (Their Facebook and Twitter are HERE.)
Don’t let us down, Mnet! (Heck, we’d watch the show without subs if we had to—it’s not like we haven’t done it before!)

As much as we despise putting up links that promote pirating of anything, I’m just that pissed off today at MNet to do it. Rain Effect, Ep. 2 is about to be published on DailyMotion.
Watch it, MNet. You really don’t want Cloud USA and Rain’s Clouds to become an I hate MNet site. REALLY, you don’t. I’m just sayin.

Update: This link has not functioned properly for me in the last 4 days so if anyone else has a link of some sort that will allow me to watch Mnet live (on air), I sure would appreciate it.

The link used to work 24/7. I also just noticed a notation on the Mwave site that interest.me has been cancelled.

I can tell you all that I’ve just about HAD it with Mnet’s B.S. I’ve never seen anyone work so hard against letting a celeb get the recognition he needs. Isn’t that the opposite of what they’re supposed to be doing? Huh?

Mnet wants us to pay for a pass to see the show, which I am willing to do but that page is in Hanguel. Our only hope is that Mnet (or a really sympathetic viewer) will post the video of today’s episode and the remaining episodes to follow.
