Do enjoy these freshly released glimpses of Rain at his best during his national concert tour right before he enlisted into the military. RAIN The Best Show, with stops from August through the end of September 2011, will always be very precious because it was one of the last things he left us to remember him by while he was away, and it was quite the extravaganza.
