[info][trailer] R2B is “returning to base” next month in Roppongi District, Japan.

Rain’s 2012 aerial summer blockbuster, simply titled Return To Base in Japan, will have five showings at an upcoming festival in that country commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Korean Wave.

The K-Movie Festival will be held from October 12 through November 8, 2013 in two districts—Roppongi and Shinsaibashi. In addition to popular release Return To Base, the marquee also includes Fists of Legend, Dancing Queen, and nine other action and entertainment movies released by CJ E&M. The entire lineup looks pretty impressive.

Return To Base will be shown in Roppongi on October 14, 23, and 27, and November 2 and 6.

Roppongi (Action category)

“Welcome back Rain, in this memorial film before Rain’s military discharge! He shows his physical beauty without regret in this film, which became famous also in Japan as his last film before enlistment. Enjoy impressive sky action with full Air Force support on the big screen!”

Cast: Jung Ji Hoon (RAIN) / Yoo Jun Sang / Shin Se Kyung
Director: Kim Dong-won [2012/114 minutes]

Not a bad way to start the day or spend several afternoons, zooming through the skies in an F-15 with Rain, and soaking up Korean culture through a fine collection of films.
