Arirang TV sure is being nice to Rain, and I am wondering what is up with that. LOL
Not that they’ve been particularly mean to him in the past. It’s just that they usually manage to zing an insult or two at him in a story, or cast a little shadow on whatever Rain topic it is, or make some inane comment that is totally irrelevant to the present time… but this time they didn’t. They were completely nice, and even had some FUN and made me grin.
As far as those attractive qualities go… check, check, check, and check! All of those and a bag of Tostitos. ^@@^

Are you joking? Who in this world fall in love because a woman or a man have high both IQ and EQ ? What is that ?

And, if she is a “genius or near genius” – why she declared in media she is dating Bi after pick him from the studios where he registered only three times?
If she is a genius, she had to say: “Me and Bi came across only one time, we don’t know each other very well” – and Bi couldn’t be punished.
It’s said by an official: “He violated the decree on military service in the process of dating with her while off the base for official military duties and was placed under a period of probation of seven days last 7th.”
So, everything what happen to Bi now, is only because of her and because Tae Hee is so smart, she has an IQ of 148…shiiit, what is this? Is it a site with Tae Hee fans?
And now, because of “the smart Tae Hee”, Bi said: “I would just serve on the front right now if I could, INSTEAD of having to listen to and take all this unnecessary and unwarranted bullsh_t.”
He is very clear – everything is bullsh_t. It is a so great bullsh_t, that he prefere the front line to not hear more of this.
I hope only nobody will give a gun to Bi until he will end the army, he is very sensitive now, and I know that Japanese, Koreans and all Assian people are killing themselves very easy. It’s good to know that. “Change of assignment will be available only when it is required as determined by commanders. Change of assignment is beyond soldier’s control.”
It’s good if the Ministry of Defence put Bi to read more and more books – to have not the time to think what it happen to him.

Just like all of you, I’m one of Bi Rain’s millions of supporters around the globe and I’m happy to have landed on your website because as I have read all your featured articles about Rain, I have to say that he is so lucky to have nice, smart and classy supporters like you. I’m sure he’s really proud of you guys because even though he’s on hiatus to fulfill his 2-year mandatory military service, you’re still there for him to support him no matter what which is really amazing. Can’t blame you, Rain deserves it. He’s worked really hard to get where he is now. 🙂
Please correct me if I am wrong but I think Rain haven’t had a girlfriend after his debut in the K-Pop world because he chose to concentrate on his career. Due to his hardwork, in no time all his efforts paid off. He was able to conquer not only Asia but the whole world because of his superb talents. He swept us all our feet with his impressive and unparalleled performances be it on stage or in television. Definitely, he has made all his fans happy. Having said that, I honestly believe that it’s high time for Rain to be happy with the other aspects of his life particularly with his love life. As they say, all work and no play, makes a dull boy. Just like everyone else, Rain deserves to love and be loved in return.
When news broke on New Year’s Day that our dear Rain was caught dating actress Kim Tae Hee, we were all caught by surprise as it’s the first time we got confirmation that he was indeed dating.. first from Tae Hee’s agency which Rain admitted few days after through the statement released by the Korean Ministry of Defense which he’s currently serving. I guess we all had mixed emotions but for those people who genuinely care and support Rain, I’d like to believe that we’re truly happy to hear the news. :))
Truth be told, I only knew Kim Tae Hee because of that dating news with Rain. Right after hearing that, I didn’t waste time. I googled her name and made some research about her background etc. Fortunately, I love what I read and immediately liked Tae Hee. Well, who wouldn’t???!.. Physically, she’s extremely good-looking, has well-proportioned body, good/flawless skin, super smart woman (both street smart and academically smart)- she got the best education having gone to the most prestigious university in South Korea-Seoul National University which is considered to be one of the top universities in Asia as well. During mid school, she just didn’t top the ranks in school, she had an average of 100% in all her subjects. She’s not the nerdy type although she had an IQ of 148 which is considered to be genius or near-genius. She’s athletic and was active in sports. She used to be the President of their ski club/team. Tae Hee also came from a decent family with strong values. As an actress in Korea, she had already won several awards from different award giving bodies. She’s one of the most sought-after, popular and respected actresses and commercial models in Korea. She’s even regarded as an A-lister/top actress hence she’s one of the top earning actresses in Korea to date and the list goes on..
As to the question why Tae Hee’s considered Goddess in Korea? With all the informations that I have gathered which were attested to by so many people, it’s suffice to say that she’s GOT IT ALL.. She’s the epitome of beauty and brains with grace. She’s being looked up to by Korean men and women alike even other Asians. Sure, there are many beautiful celebrities out there but not everyone is as smart as her. She’s a total package. She has a good personality too. Indeed, she has both high IQ and EQ.
As regards to the featured video of Arirang, We need not worry.. I played it so many times and even asked my friends to watch it with me but I/we didn’t see anything wrong it. They may have used the word “Goddess” to describe Kim Tae Hee because that’s really how she is regarded in South Korea but that is not to demean/degrade nor to look Rain inferior to Tae Hee because we all know he is NOT. Rain has his own throne and he is INVINCIBLE. :)) For some reason, the video made me smile knowing that the girl Rain is dating is someone WORTHY to be his girlfriend. They do complement each other and we could only wish them the best. Just like what other people say.. A NEW POWER COUPLE has been born. May they surpass all the trials that will come their way and may their relationship end up in marriage. Can’t wait to see the little Rain’s and Tae Hee’s. :)))

And thank you for the all the information on Kim Tae Hee. I had already decided that I was going to pull some of her movies and dramas and watch them to see her work. You don’t just win big drama awards for nothing. She cracked me up in her and Rain’s Coupang commercials, she was soooo funny.
Yes, as far as I’m concerned, Arirang was complimenting Rain, saying what an amazing catch he is and on top of his game. Or I wouldn’t have put the clip up in the first place, you know?

Why Kim Tae Hee is considered to be a Goddess?
I don’t understand the way people talk about this relationship – like woaw, Rain_Bi conquered the goddess Kim Tae Hee. I never heard of Tae Hee until “her dates” with Bi, what International Awards did she received? Or, what other International activities did she?(“My Princess” is Korean, not International)
Bi worked at Hollywood with Wachowsky Brothers, John Gaeta and all the best team (how we know from “Matrix”) and received their appreciation in words and in an International Award.
In my understanding, Tae Hee conquered (??? Really???) Bi, Bi is “prince charming” who every woman want to conquer.
I don’t understand and I don’t like the way the media and this forum talk about the “dates of Bi with goddess Tae Hee” – like Tae Hee is an aristocrat and Bi a servant.
Maybe there is something what I don’t know here, maybe somebody will explain this to me..

Who knows why she is considered a “goddess” in Korea? We have no idea. Here in the U.S.A., she is considered an actress and that’s all.
As far as I know, since 2002, she’s done 6 dramas, 6 movies, 4 music videos, been nominated for 12 KBS, SBS, Blue Dragon, etc. drama and film awards and won 10 of them, including one for overseas popularity, and Best New Actress, etc. I’ve never seen any of these dramas or movies, though, not even IRIS, so I’ve no idea if they were any good. I’ve never watched her act (except for Coupang CFs, which were hilarious), so I can’t say. *shrug*
Yes! Rain is a “prince charming” who every woman wants to conquer, indeed!
All I did was share a fun news clip about how Arirang TV thinks that Rain is a talented, successful, capable, sexy prince of a man who no woman can resist, because he’s the best at what he does. I don’t know about Arirang, but no one HERE has ever said and would never refer to Rain as a servant to anybody. He is not beneath anyone, and never will be.

*Edited to Add: We’ve seen how the Media and many netizens have been nastily claiming that, in their opinion, Rain is somehow “not good enough for her”, for some stupid reason. And we have actively joined many fans out there in rebuking such stupidity because that simply is not true. Rain doesn’t deserve to be talked about like that, and it pisses us off.

I’ve seen Tae Hee in “My Princess” with co-star Song Seung-hun and just recently in “IRIS” with co-star Lee Byung-hun. My Princess is a romantic comedy and IRIS is a drama. I would say she’s a very good actress and I have nothing negative to say about her acting.
As far as her “goddess” status, I’d just say the age old adage would apply in this instance. “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and since Bi is the one doing the “beholding” guess he’s alright with what’s staring back at him. So, I wouldn’t get too worked up over these headline grabbing descriptions. Korean headlines always seem overly dramatic to me anyway and netizen opinions are just that….opinions. We know he’s not beneath her and she’s not “towering” over him in the beauty/accolades department either.
Every country has celebrity women it deems “the most beautiful in the world.” In India it’s Aishwarya Rai, in the U.S. it’s too damn many to name, in the U.K. it was the late Princess Diana. So I guess in Korea, Tae Hee is the one they bestow that title upon. She’s the one who represents that country’s “idea” of the beauty ideal. All you have to do is look at a beauty pageant and see that every country picks what “they deem” beautiful to be their beauty queen.

Yeah, he’s definitely easy on the eyes. Hmm, I’ve gotten caught up in all things k-drama and k-pop it’s been a while since I’ve watched a good Bollywood film. I’d like to see a good one soon.
Speaking of Aishwarya, India is pretty hard core on her too. Seems some fans over there are/were upset that she hasn’t lost all her “baby weight” after giving birth. I think I read somewhere that fans over there thinks it’s “her duty” to stay beautiful because of the “most beautiful woman in the world title.” Now, is that not crazy too!
Personally, I think therapy needs to be a sweeping mandatory requirement (in ALL nations) when you reach milestone ages like 18, 20, 30, 40 and 50 after 50 if you haven’t figured sh_t out about your life and yourself, then you probably won’t (I’m thinking). Heck some people will probably be “ringing the doorbell” at the pearly gates and it’ll be like…..(*heavenly voice whispers*….”He’s Just Not That Into You my child”….(*light bulb moment*…..oh That’s why Johnny didn’t ask me to the prom.” LOL!
People are in a word……nuts!

Stephe, a BIG bag of Tostitos, salsa and homemade pico de gallo! He is ALL THAT. I am surprised at the positive spin they gave during the report. His many talents and gifts were mentioned in checklist fashion……and all of them should have a gold star beside them. I am hoping that KTH sees both the inner and outer beauty that Rain possesses. But, those hipsandthighs.com has got it goin’ on and you can’t miss THAT…LOL. BTW, I recently saw IRIS and Kim Tae Hee was very good in her role of an expert profiler and secret agent. It is an excellent spy thriller that also has an intriguing love story—where they REALLY kiss.
