See the gorgeousness that is Rain in red Swarovski bling, as he performs his “Love Song” and “Hip Song” Back To The Basic comeback stages on Music Bank at the end of April 2010.
Just listen to THAT VOICE. It was hard to tell unless you already knew that, at his M!Countdown stages several days prior to this, he’d come backstage after performing, collapsed with fever, fatigue, and chills, and been given IV fluids by EMTs because of his overwhelming Back To The Basic schedule. He had a bad flu, and had only rested a day or two, and came back looking and sounding like a million bucks here on Music Bank anyway. Clouds in the audience knew and could see that he was sick, and cheered him on extra hard. (In fan cams, it was obvious, but when the TV cameras rolled, he was nothing but a consummate pro.) Yes, we were a little upset that he wasn’t somewhere flat on his back and chillin’, but we were doggone impressed as well.
What a man.
