Please see the notice below, as released by RAINY Entertainment on Rain’s official website on October 12. RAINY is now taking payment for the RAIN The Best Show Premium Limited DVD Package pre-orders that were placed from September through early October, and the gist of the notice is as follows:
1. The payment period is from October 15 through October 26.
2. Send your payment to rainyent.cloud@gmail.com through PayPal.
3. They will begin shipping DVDs (after confirming your payment) on October 19.
4. As already specified during the pre-order period, the package is $73. USD. Please check the list provided by RAINY to find out the delivery charge (according to your location) to add to your DVD package cost. The charge is shown in both Korean won and U.S. dollars, and is pretty accurate—I cross-checked the U.S. figures using the » CoinMill Currency Converter.
My guess is that, when we send in our PayPal payments, they will compare your name, country, and quantity with the name, country, and quantity they have on file in your original pre-order email, and thus know who is who. They might do another confirmation list with just names later, or not. I don’t know that at this time. Do read RAINY’s entire notice very carefully, and get your payments in by October 26 Korean Standard Time. Thanks, all.

@Terri and @Toni……FYI Update for me as follows:
I just got an email from Rainy Entertainment telling me that they did receive my payment however I was short by $4.98 (paypal fees). These fees had been deducted from my original payment of $120.00 (as Terri said it would likely be). So, Rainy instructed me to send them the $4.98 via Paypal and to send it “Personal Payment” and to check “Amount Owed” and just send like normal and everything should be okay after that. I did it just now.
So, I would do like Terri said earlier. Check your email to see if Rainy has contacted you directly, then act accordingly.

ahahahh SO U ORDER 1 DVD then coz, the cost of the one$73 + S&H 47 yes that about $120 totally fee $4.98 EXACTLY that what they charge me for 2 order 8.37
now did u know why i said they charge fee for that among i notice a lot fans i know them NOT sure how to select PayPal Method choice Personal but they confuse which to check on and what to pay so i have instructed them to get their payment through ever sent i did mine i have NO EMIL toward by Rainy Enter i glad i complete my status

If Rainy Entertainment contacts you about owing additional PayPal fees, please make sure that you send in your second payment as a “personal gift”, and not as payment for “goods or services.”
The wording on PayPal may be a little different, but in essence, if you send in the payment as a personal gift to a friend, then you will not be charged any additional PayPal fees. That is an important note.
I also don’t know where Rainy got the idea that there was a “handling fees” option somewhere on PayPal. I don’t remember there being anything of the kind. Isn’t there’s just a simple checkbox, indicating that you, as the buyer, will pay all fees? I don’t know. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong, or send us a screenshot of what you are seeing when you pay, so that we can help other fans with their payments.

here my question they just wanted to make sure and unsure their fee was to charge and pay through their handling and fee so……..
yes they charge me $8.37 fee and handling from paypal amoung so basic i see the name my name their again so it that mean Rainy well sent the DVD after they For those who have already paid, we will contact you individually to let you know the shortfall amount.Delivery can only be made after we have verified that the full amount has been received.

u know when u process u among of the DVD and and ask the check box for fee i did check the box for fee $837 of totally everything the DVD along is $73 right play deliver charge 47 right yet pay through PayPal they ask pay fee it was 8.37 i check that box and then my PayPal went through no issue at all it say confirm and have the confrontation by

Now I am a bit worried about the PayPal fees. As I paid with credit card It showed me there were extra dollars added but when the transaction went thru it was only the cost of the DVD package plus shipping but I didn’t see the extra PayPal fees listed. I am not sure if I need to do anything now or wait to be contacted directly like the notice says by Rainy Ent. Any suggestions? Thank you.

The notice says that Rainy Entertainment will contact you if you still owe them the fee money. I don’t recall that there’s any way to tell what the fee is after you complete the transaction in PayPal. So, the better choice is to wait for Rainy to send you notification.

Same here Toni. I didn’t see anyplace to send an additional $8.37 cents. I just paid the DVD price plus the shipping as well. To date, I have not received an email from Rainy Ent. regarding sending additional fees and my name is on the list on their web site. I will send the additional monies if need be, but no one has contacted me as yet.

I do hope they are listening. I had to write my message in English, of course, which concerns me a little as I really don’t know how much English the staffer manning the mailbox understands. Although, I did get a couple of responses in semi-broken English during the diary sales. So, we’ll see.
If I don’t hear something from them soon, then I’ll go through our POC in The Cloud.
Of course, if they received a payment, then surely they will try to match up the payment with a buyer on their list, and at that point they should realize that they missed your request.
