Thank you so much my dear Stephe for sharing.After a week that Rain is out of our sight,well i am happy to see him again.Everyday we are all worries when we received or we heard the news last Sept.26 when i found it and no doubt of course as a Clouds too much worried about his situation what’s going to him,but after a days past that Rain announced that he is alright our worries to him become less & that’s the time i feel relief really.I understand his condition so far & he can hanldled it & he can manage so well.When i saw Rain his latest performance & his latest appearance he absolutely ok,even though he have that problem on his back but he can tolerate that pain.I know he have a doc. concience what ever he did,for me i trust HIM…Ahahahaha…And show must go on,still he can dance & exercise he can’t stop that & it needed for his case,little by little only not totally nothing.I believed Rain how he loved his fans & when i watched his video this Oct.4,when he come out on stage,the audieced how become wild ekekekeke they really missed Rain…screaming & shouting my God ehehehehe..Even me i’m just watching in video i kept shouting too huh!Really how the audienced impact.Well,Rain what amzing person on stage & what a HEARTTHROB ejejejeje.He is the ONE & ONLY Rain Bi^_^

2. I’ve actually read that for back pain, depending on the cause, you have to stay active and keep your core and back muscles strong. If he stops it can actually make his condition worse and cause him even more pain. Also the flexibility he gets from dancing, stretching, etc. is very important as well.

   • Absolutely. Very valuable information, Maddie! That’s what is saving him right now — that his core muscles are so strong. He has got to keep them that way.

   Agioooooooooo….. 😦 HONESTLY i am sad coz, Rain have his he s..STILL………… have that pain effect i just confuse why he performances or to dot his show for his fan & army men but who are carrying his pain itself his body .. i just don’t know what to say now~~

   • Aww. Don’t cry, dear. It’ll be okay.

     Rain has been going through this for years, after every concert. We just haven’t seen pictures of it. His pain is manageable, and started a LONG time ago. He’s being strong now, so we have to keep him lifted up and help him through it. He’s really depending on us to do that. He has so much more to accomplish, and such a bright future waiting. He’s just got to get there!

     Please keep him lifted in your mind and in your heart, and know that NOTHING is going to keep him from his destiny.
