The daily temperature range is getting severe and it is easy to catch a flu. Are you all keeping well?
The weather will soon get chilly so please take good care of your health.In just a couple of days there have been misleading rumours about Rain, Jung Jihoon’s health problem, which surprised many people. We therefore want to put out this notice.
Rain suffered from back pain before he joined the army, when he carried out his various activities, and had been receiving treatment steadily.
It is just chronic back pain. His military duty is not affected at all. Therefore there is absolutely no such thing as early discharge due to family circumstances. He will continue to carry out his duties and he wants to complete his military service until the end with a smart look, even if he breaks his back.
Thank you for your concern. Rain will faithfully fulfil his duties.

An article from the Korean news outlet, Dispatch, indicates that Rain is doing well in the hospital. He is currently taking medication, undergoing physical therapy, and is expected to make a full recovery.

Singer Rain (Jung Ji Hoon) serving in the army, has been hospitalized with a pain in his lower back.
During the phone call with “Dispatch” on the 24th, Rain’s agency “Rainy Entertainment” expressed, “Last night, Rain was complaining of pain in his lower back and went into the hospital to undergo tests for the pain. He was absent even for a military audition event held in Gyeryong City’s Culture &Art Complex on the very day.”
An official from his agency said, “Dancers tend to have backaches problems. Rain has had some back pain since before his enlistment. When he had an ache in his lower back, he used to receive medical treatment from a doctor. But it’s not something serious. It’s a habitual thing with him.”
He added, “Rain is taking medication, taking to physical therapy in a hospital. There are no serious problems with his health. If he rests in the hospital for the time being, he’ll recover from his illness. He’ll normally finish military duty after treatment.”
Meanwhile, Rain had served as a teaching assistant in the 5th Division since his enlistment in October, 2011. He’s served as a PR soldier there since he was transferred to Defense Media Agency last March.

I’m so glad he’s alright. I hope his back pain eases up so he can serve pain-free (: I’m so proud of him and ….. still waiting for him. (time is passing by so slowly without him qq)

OMG~!! i am so mush feel a little better yea… when i read the new he back pain i was in SHOCK and tearing out drop on me but that was very scare at moment too rain is important person to this WORLD who would care about him uh????????? oh gosh thank GOD for his condition do well i am so worry about this health

I know being in the service he cannot control some things.. But, he should be able to care for himself better. I do not care if people trip about what I have said, because I love him very much.. people can call me crazy but, I will always be by his for as long as there is breath in me.. I am thankful that clouds are so lovable too :). The rest of you clouds on this website are the best :). Always on the situations going on like this. Thank you for that.

Woah…………”ish” is getting real deep. Until now Cloud USA has been a close knit REALITY based group of fans.

I get pain through out my whole back starting from lower to upper. I had to undergo pt treatment. So I know what he is going through… When you dance it can cause back pain.. I love to dance. I tell him to not over do it for that reason.. ahh I wish I was there with my Jung Joon . He will be fine as long as he takes the therapy and, is more careful. This is why I remind him, about overdoing .. He said , That minor activities is good for him. I try not to worry about him.. but, back pain is painful and, as long as he gets the proper treatment he will be fine.. It is not deadly, It is treatable. I am thankful that he is in the hospital getting treated because he needs the therapy.. Being in the service makes that hard I imagine. I hope he recovers well… Love you baby.. thinking of you.. I had a feelings something was wrong last night. Call it my intuition, the natural instincts are strong in me. I knew something was up.. Thank you for sharing the information. He will get better but, pt can take up to 6 weeks. IN Order for him to recover well and be well he needs to take his time in the PT. “may god bless you baby.”

OMG my heart dropped out from my chest when I read this in Twitter! :$ Is good to know he’s better! But then, I think that he must have being in a lot of pain to let the military take him to a hospital cuz he knows the huppla that will follow! I feel better for now cuz in a hospital he must stay in bed and rest. The military can’t overwork him there! Awww just to imagine him in a hospital bed breaks my heart! I pray he gets better soon! 😦

Thanks to you my dearest Terri for for sharing, what a relief after reading this letters,but i can’t stop myself thinking how his condition & his situation.I am hoping that after this medication & treatment,he must recieved contineouly treatment if have this problem even he served in Military & i am hoping his work as an entertainer will be less,so that his recovery for that matter will be back to normal.Rain’s health is very important i am scared what might be happened to him.We are hoping that he can finish his Military w/out any happened while he is serving inside.Take care of your health,HEALTH IS WEALTH…Follow your doctors said & you must fully rest….

This is great news! You know we back pain sufferers commensurate with you Bi baby. What’s going on sounds very familiar to me, even though I’m not a dancer. (SMILES) I would add my two cents, but people trip.
Anyway, hope the army will now let you “lay off” of Hip Song for a while. You can only “slap” those thighs from side to side just so much Sweetness….you know? Take care………………

Hey BiA, Actually I also do understand this very well….more so than I’d like. Steroids shots in the lower back. Yes my beautiful sister and physical therapy among other wonderful things.
This is why some of the reason I worry so much about him.

Hey Lotus, first of all *Hugs* lady. Been missing you!
Secondly, yes m’am. I got two cortisone shots to my back little over a year ago, almost two now. However, in my case it’s because I have a desk job and sit quite a bit, so the disc that’s bad gives me grief sometimes. My main issues, as I was “scolded” by my doctor (1) I have to get some weight off of my spine (2) walk at least an hour a day. I must say I’m working on it. I do get lazy like a lot of folks, but I do Know what I have to do. Nerve pain originating in the back and (which I personally feel in my lower right leg at times) is a “Mutha!” I’ve had one surgery back in 2004 and I don’t want another one.

Hehehe we here><ya know, and I've been lazy and almost messed up my health that's why I haven't been around lately until this am. Right now without going into too much info I'm feeling a little like JiHoon training for NA! No joke! Once I'm done and back to normal I'll explain to you. Just came out today for my babes health. When I got the email, man I was feeling for him big time and cursing the ms for all the over excessive concerts and the dancing plus his other duties. You know this is another reason I was so pissed……… Well you know what I'm talking about, I better leave it alone.

Hahahaha! I hear ya lady. You take care of yourself as well, we’ll talk when you’re better. Yeah, the army still pushed him (IMO) even when they supposedly “pulled back” on his schedule. Oh well, now they’ll really have to give him some time to recuperate. The human body can only take so much and Will tell you when its had enough. (SMILES)
