Expo Pop Festival Kicks off with Rain’s Concert
South Korean pop sensation Rain is set to perform on a mega stage for the first time in 10 months since he started military service.
Rain, the South Korean pop star, opens “Expo Pop Festival” that kicks off on June 16 at the Expo site.
The Expo Pop Festival, hosted by the Organizing Committee for Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea, stages a series of a mega concerts every night, featuring famous K-pop stars at the Expo special stage that can seat around 20,000 audiences.
Rain began 22 months of military service in October last year, bidding farewell to tearful fans. Since then, he has been involved in diverse promotional events and performances for the Korean military, but most of performances were far from quenching fans’ thirst for his spectacular concerts.
On the Expo Pop Festival stage, Rain will show off what he’s got as a “world star.” Rain checked on everything from lighting to sound to deliver a perfect show. He is also going to sing duet with a Korean ballad singer Park Hyo-shin.
Visitors will get caught up in the sheer excitement with Rain’s concert which will be set against the beautiful sea lit with fantastic lights coming from a large cruise ship and the Expo site.
The opening performance of the Expo Pop Festival will be staged on June 16, at 8:30 pm at the Expo special stage. The concert is free for Expo visitors, and will be followed by a famous Korean singer Kim Jang-hoon on 17th and a popular rock band “YB band” on 18th.

this is going to NIGHTLIGHT or SPOTLIGHT event ever 500 fans it prof that Rain not growing his activities in Army but who are show them how he amazing dance while he still served Military i just proud to know they let him performance all this yet same i also hope Rain did get some rest well he seem to very enjoy what eh been do these day and i know fan have more connection to know
how and Rain doing… and u know i know Rain have this as long run hopefully until he DISCHARGE…!!
i maybe so far when this concert but my heart still with him and support Rain and love this man all my heart HONEST…. u can not found somebody like him who achievement and accomplish so many thing for his fan and yet still do performance for us as well . All am say he DOWN TO EARTH and please let it Raining allover and i also read it say he will be perform 5 song i just can’t wait to see it another excited perform again.. 🙂

Hello CloudUSA^_^This is big event since RAIN was strated joint in military service,since he is entertaiment assigned a Korean military was really soo proud RAIN for being in their in military service.Well,this information i was glad to know.For those Clouds who are living in Korea or Clouds who can participated for this coming concert of RAIN,make sure you enjoyed guys.For what you the mentioned here that Rain was the one who personalized help to set all the lights,stage sounds & evrything b’coz he really wants to give his FANS his BEST performance & his BIG HEART to his fans & he really loved performing on stage too.No wonder he is a WORLD star,he gathered all people in this world for being a good performer,singer,dancer,actor & most of all RAIN is a good human nature in a showbiz celebrity,he is a good examples for everybody.Thats why it’s not possible when i started to know him & follow him i really like him & loved him.But even though i am far from him,i try my BEST to be always updated what is his latest coming up activities for him.With the help of your sites CLOUD USA of course,i really grateful to have you in my life,from the buttom of my heart THANK YOU so much CloudUSA^_^Sorry for i didn’t visit & write message regularly here bcoz always busy for my worked,but everyday i recieved your e-mail & i read it well i really thankful & appreciate that you always on touched w/ me^_^….4-ever i loved RAIN!!!

Rain is not my man, But, I am loosing mine, Because, of how I was treated,, If it were not because Of rain’s words I would not have gain courage to stand my ground. Now I do not what will happen but, I will remain strong. I will always look up to you Rain as long as I can. May god will it to be for ever.
