When I’m rolling in my Escalade Hyundai and listening to my very favorite songs of all time, these are the sounds from my playlist—whether he did an occasional cover or matched the vibe—that I think would have Rain lighting up our airwaves like a Christmas tree. (JiHoon, are you listening?)

This is for my aunt, who thought I was playing a Maxwell song until the Korean words started sinking in. (She screamed so loud, I thought she’d busted my eardrum.) Of course I had to get her ALL of Rain’s songs so she would leave me in peace.

Rain leans into the mic as if his heart is breaking. “Baby… bye-bye, baby…” Everyone bum-rushes the stage.

Put this in Rain’s vocal range and SWOOOOOOOON away. He’s so good at those “Please come back to me, girl” songs.
The proof, as they say, is in the pudding: “Because Of You” from his second album released in Japan, Eternal Rain (2006).

Just put him on stage in his BEST Show funkadelic clothes with this one and he’ll be shaking that tambourine, working that hip, doing the Onion, skipping around and puttin’ stank on it in no time. The man loves to have fun up there. You know this. *coughBusanWomancough* 🙂

listening to my iPod’s R & B genre and this song began to play one of my favorites—-I could see Rain wrapping himself around this song………..can’t you visualize Bi in white clothing moving so gracefully to the music?…….ABSOLUTELY! Afterwards, he can go directly into Escaping the Sun—because it has the same Sting (Shape of my Heart) sample as Emotional…………did you pick up on that Rainy Entertainment?…………LOL……..(also posted on the forum in “What song would you like to see Rain cover?”)

This may be an unusual choice but I can so see Bi doing a sexy dance performance with a female dancer. The sexy way he likes to tease on stage. This song is during the time they tried to….”grow up” Tevin’s image. Welp! The boy could sing that’s for sure (IMO). Anyway, some songs I see Bi performing more than singing, this is one.
