Did you all realize that Private First Class JiHoon Jung had completed four full months of service back on February 11th?
Oh, it’s true, and the Yellow Ribbon for Rain Brigade is gathering no moss! It’s rolling along on its merry way like a stone skipping along the surface of a pond with nary a ripple. And the stronger it grows, the more fans that hop on board, the stronger the foundation supporting world star JiHoon grows. So please, keep spreading the word so that the Brigade can fulfill its purpose and keep the ground under Rain’s feet solid. Thanks for showing how very much he is loved.

Okay, so I’m not sure where to post this. I figure since this is the open thread, I’ll do it here.
I’ve been lurking on this site for a while now, and I have to say, the effort you put into maintaining it is really quite impressive and I am truly grateful. That said, I’m having a little trouble that I’m hoping someone can help me with. I would like to send a letter to Ji Hoon. I looked at earlier posts and this is the address that I went with:
경기도 연천군 청산면 궁평리 사서함 106-12호 8210부대 신병교육대대 12중대
이병 정지훈 우편번호 486-851, South Korea.
I printed it out so I could be sure it was clear. My problem is, when I tried to send it out, the postman said I needed to have it written in english. As far as I know, no one else has mentioned this being an issue. I’m wondering if taking it to the post office itself would be enough to solve the problem, but it’s difficult for me to actually get to one, so I thought I’d check here first.

I personally haven’t heard that the address has to be in English when mailed from the States. And I figured that the “486-851” and “South Korea” would be enough to get it out of this country and to folks who COULD read the Hangeul. I used both on my letter, the English Romanization followed by the Hangeul, just for good measure and didn’t have any trouble (that I know of).
Oh well… you might want to try just using the English Romanization instead for your postmaster.

Wow, that was really fast. Thank you so much. It kinda stressed me out just to write the letter in the first place since I don’t usually do this sort of thing, so to not be able to send it would have been really disappointing.
And about your blog, I’m just stating facts. If you guys didn’t keep things so nice and welcoming, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable enough to ask for help. Thanks again.

Aww that song is soo beautiful! Love it! I have it in my car right now with other kpop songs. It always bring me peace cuz his voice is smooth and loving. Thanks for posting! The pict is awesome! I like to see him just being himself, relax and doing his things. Is awesome to see a master at work! Lol!! 😀

i very like song “Props In My Life” this is the first time i heard from last year fancam of one the grail share Rain went to his concert and it got my attention of loving the song and i think it one of the beautiful voice of him singing too ….. i love his pic here from

he so handsome and beautiful of this look simply gorgeous and just want to see him enjoy being himself cooking lay on bed and playing with the dog just an ordinary person rain to be love it !! 🙂
