As far as we can tell, the notice below means that Rainy Entertainment, who will be taking care of Rain’s business while he’s enlisted, suggests that all fans send gifts and letters to Rain care of Rainy Entertainment at one of the addresses below. Rainy Entertainment will either deliver those gifts and letters to his house OR forward them on to his military unit.
Presently they are talking with Rain about whether or not to have things sent to his unit, and will inform everyone shortly what has been decided on that. Until then, either hold off on your mailings or just send them on to Rainy Entertainment for now.

Unfortunately, Rain’s e-mail address is private. So, you can’t send him a direct e-mail. However, if you sign up for his official fan club’s (The Cloud’s) forum online, then you can leave him messages there and they will deliver them to him (or he will read them when he has the time…)
Visit Cloud USA’s “About Us” page for more information on how to sign up and leave messages for Rain on his official fan club’s fan forum, which is called “The Cloud.”
Anyone, anywhere can sign up to access The Cloud’s forum and talk to other Clouds and leave messages for Rain. Please remember, though, that The Cloud is in South Korea, and so much of the site is in Korean.
