1. You know? It is such an honor that he actually tweeted this picture, because it had to be a heart-breaker for him.

   This is a photo that Rain said he thought he had lost in a fire. I believe what he is referring to here is the fire that burned his home down right after his mother’s funeral. Can you imagine losing your mom and then coming home from the funeral to find your house burning down? As I recall, he said it was raining at his mom’s funeral and the house was just burning when they got home.

   Once the fire was out, he just totally lost control, and started destroying what was left of their belongings. At some point, he upended a mattress and discovered a bank book and a note from his mother. Instead of buying medication for herself, she had saved her money to leave for him–to help him take care of his little sister.

   How devastating.

   • Devasting indeed…..but it’s the Phoenix that rises from the ashes as the saying goes, is it not? This chapter of his life now is that “Phoenix.” (IMHO)
