Gezzz that manager was too harsh with that girl!! No matter what she was doing you just don’t do that to someone. Before you loose your temper call security to get her out and watch that they do it in a gentle way. She is still a fan that probably bought every single cd and that money pays your salary mister so that deserves respect even if she is a little crazy. If she gets violent with the boys then security is already there and will take her out. As a manager your job is to keep things under control and not the other way around!!

I too feel the manager handle the situation wrong and went too far. Yes the girl should of not been up on him like that but he smacked the heck out of her. He should of handled it differently.

Wow I just watched the video where the manager spacked the heck out of the girl. Personally I found it hard and disturbing to watch. I know fans can go too far and they should not. I do feel that fans should be respectful of the stars they like and not just touch all over them. They would not like it if someone they did not know just came up to them and strated touching on them. It would definitly feel scary,wierd and violated. From what I have read from some of the post on here the manager had worned her to stop touching him repeately. However, I think the manager went too far. I think he could of handled the situation differently and still protected the guys. He could of grabbed her and pushed or just pulled her to the side. Especially since he was a big man and she was a small lady. It just did not seem like she was striking him hard. It seemed like she probably was rubbing or touching his hands. Accourse she was wrong to be touching him without permission but she did not deserve to be hit like that. Man I think if he had did something like that here in the states the girl may have turned around and attacked him back. She probably would of gotten beat down but it would of been on. Then a law suite would of been on. I do not feel the group was at fault at all. However, the manager went too far.

Damn hahahahahahaha from watching k dramas it would appear they love hitting. My first response was to crack the hell up, I mean he smack the heck out that girl. It must be allowed in their country cause here he would have been sued. Also we don’t know what was going on before it happen and still I don’t think he should have hit ole girl so hard he should have pushed her out the way. I would never be in that situation, thats just craziness, like I said before JiHoon and I would never meet cause I couldn’t be all up in anyones face not alone him…Girl talk to me what you think? hahahahahaha

Well, at first I was stunned, then I got a small chuckle out of it, then I thought but if it was me…..Ole boy would have been in handcuffs AFTER we removed hubbie’s foot out of his a_s crack! (*Just Saying*) I feel the same way, there are a host of contradictions it seems like in Korean culture. However, K-Poppers looking to cross over to the U.S., you better SCHOOL your managers cause it ain’t happening over here. Patti Labelle is being sued right now, because her bodyguards beat up a young West Point cadet outside of Bush Airport right here in Houston and it’s on tape. Now, it’s the same type of situation, as you stated, you don’t really know what transpired before he got the beat down. But he was quite bloodied up though. People have lost careers behind just saying something that somebody didn’t like over here, but over there you can smack the sh_t out of a girl and it’s ok, but date one openly and you lose your career. (*SMH*)

HAHAHAHA girl I’m with ya on the handcuffs cause as much as I’m not willing to fight I’m sure the hell ain’t gonna let someone hit me either and just get away with it. I was always taught and I quote” You better pick up a brick if they @ss is to big and bring em down to your size” hahahahaha I’m sure you herd that one too. And yeah I saw that on Miss Patty shes gonna lose some money on that one. But I’m sure they know that won’t roll here, JiHoon has his body guards and all the fan girls around him and know ones been hurt. I’m thinking it was a crazy situation. And for what its worth I think the USA is full of contradictions.
I think they want to show the best of their culture I mean we all do and its like all cultures theres good and bad.

I saw this awhile ago when I was first getting into other Kpop groups and I was like what in the helllll… Now after seeing the way saesang fans act really crazy, I’m appalled but not surprised that their manager did that. You can see Taemin and Minho in the back with their eyes all big looking shocked as hell. Their manager definitely went overboard with that hit/shove. That girls head flew to the side like she got hit w/ a baseball or something. I mean, damn!
I have to say, if someone did that to me, it would be on like donkey kong. BUT!! I would never run up on anyone and try to touch them, especially not anyone famous. I might try to approach them respectfully in a less crazy situation but you will definitely not ever see me in a video crying and clawing at my face and trying to grab on someone’s legs. It is not that serious.

Well, first and foremost, the guy had no business hitting the girl like that. That was brutal.
Secondly, I don’t know if this is true, it’s what I’ve heard from someone who was there, but supposedly this girl was right up on the boys, touching and shoving at them. And when she was told by the manager to stop it, several times, she wouldn’t. She kept putting her hands on them and grabbing them, in a way that didn’t sound too loving. And the manager just lost it.
Where in the heck was some security, to keep folks OFF of the boys in the first place? Huh?? It wouldn’t have even happened if fans had been KEPT BACK to begin with.
I don’t recall what happened to the manager. I know hell broke loose on the Internet and he and another group’s manager were raked heartily over the netizen coals. And rightly so. He was representing SHINee and had no business losing his mind like that.
BUT please, someone tell me what this chick was thinking if what I’ve heard is true. As far as I’m concerned, if you go running up on a celeb (heck, running up on anybody) and put your hands on them, then you should expect to either draw back a nub or get clubbed. Immediately. That is not cool. Stay the hell back.

Well I figured some of my Cloud sisters would know the deal. Yes m’am………that’ll open your eyes AND clear your sinuses (HA!). I think it goes both ways, if she was all up on them and touching them then yes that was wrong, but I mean the manager must have heard Willow Smith and wanted to see some hair “whip back and forth” gee whiz! I was surprised she didn’t fall to the ground, actually. If this is how crazy the K-Pop scene is truly, then honestly I’m surprised there hasn’t actually been real blood shed by some crazed fan. They allow them to get too close. I’m with Diva, ultimately they are just celebrities who will NEVER take you (crazy fan girl) home. I mean seriously, I’m Super Fine Sexy celebrity and crazy screaming/clawing fangirl is standing in my face and pissing on herself………’Yeah, can’t wait to be ALONE with You girl…..(*Kekekekekeke*). As Diva said, it is not that serious.
Oh and yeah Lotus, the U.S. is most definitely the land of contradiction too. I’m all too familiar with ours, but when I see them in other countries it just fascinates me is all. (SMILES)

I tell you, every time Rain walks into an airport, BiA, I cringe because I don’t know if security is on point or not (usually NOT), and I don’t know what the fans are going to do. The adoring fan who happens to get right next to him, or the adoring fan who he goes up to to touch hands with, could just as easily be someone with a grudge and/or something sharp, or simply some girl not in her right mind. All it would take is a split second for Rain to get badly hurt by somebody. A blink. And once the deed is done, it’s done. Forget the wouldah, couldah, shouldahs then.
Scares me to death. I just want everybody to stay out of his space unless they’re invited into it. *in full-blown mama mode right now*

I have seen this video before, some time ago. It is my understanding that all this clip shows is the part where the manager blew up. What it doesn’t show are his repeated attempts to get the girl to back off.
It has been reported that there were quite a few stalker fans there at the airport waiting for SHINee. You know the kind–fans who follow stars all the time, wherever they go–even to their private residences? Well, this girl was among those stalker fans. I’m not saying she was one of them, but she was among them. So, you can imagine that the boys were probably already pretty worried before they even approached the fans.
Some reports said that this girl dogged the boys and repeatedly attempted to touch them. And she just kept getting closer and closer, even after the manager had warned her many times to step the hell back.
Finally, he’d had enough and he smacked her. Was that the right thing to do? Absolutely not. But the fan wasn’t in the right either. She should have kept her distance from the boys who don’t owe her anything but good entertainment.
Sometimes I wonder what the hell is going on in fans’ minds. I really do.

I wonder too. I mean what exactly are they thinking will happen? I guess they want the celebrity to “pluck” them out of the crowd of thousands and somehow fall instantaneously in love and say he wants to spend the rest of his life with them…..I guess? Obviously reality has been seriously suspended in these girls’ minds. Honestly, I think the most these random girls can hope for is how the celebrities do things over here in the States. You MIGHT get to keep the celebrity “company” in the dressing room or the limo or the hotel suite after the show is over, but that’s AFTER you work your way through the guy that hands out backstage passes, the road crew and by some miracle the road manager. After they’ve all “worked you over” and “kicked your tires,” then they MIGHT say to the celeb…..”she’s all yours Homie.” (SO I’VE READ….let’s be clear!). Other than that, I just don’t know what they think is supposed to happen. I have NEVER read any story, from any country where a celebrity met and married or seriously dated a fan. Even though I suppose anything is possible, but I’ve never heard of it happening. Besides who, in actuality, would really want to be in a relationship with somebody who looked at them with glazed over eyes in a dreamlike state every day? Truly…………………

i always said, there’s crazy people our there. im not happy for how the girl was treated but we have to remember the one of the boys was actually injured by a fan, so it can really get mess up. i mean what happen to the fan who injured one of the boys?????
This kid unfort get in awkward situations created by their own fans and managers. they need to create preventive measures to avoid these kind of situations. I mean even animals know that if u hit you are gonna get hit back.

Terri or Stephe I have a question for either of you. My question is when I post a comment and check the two boxes (notify me of follow-up comments via email and notify me of new posts via email) I always recieve an email asking me to confirm my subscription. At first I use to confirm and then I stopped. So now I have alot of pending subscriptions I have not confirmed.
Do I suppose to recieve the email each time?

If no, is there anyway I can stop recieving the email to confirm but still recieve emails from this site of new posts you guys start?

I do believe you only have to subscribe to the blog and confirm that subscription to the blog one time only, in order to receive blog posts by email. Stop checking the blog subscription box when you post comments. You should still get new post notifications, seeing as you’re already subscribed to the blog… Let us know what happens.

I amm baaaack!!!!! 😀 The trip to Punta Cana at the Dominican Republic was fun and I got some adventures in a buggie car. Kekeke, got mud all over my clothes!! Thank God it wasn’t new!! My eldest girl also got lots of fun and spent her days at the beach getting a tan. Every night she got a party and she dance a lot. I spent a really good time with my hubbie at the beach, in restaurants and just enjoying our time alone. Ahem, well, lets say it was time well spent. Kekeke ;D

Hey, when I was a girl my little playmates KNEW….Michael was mine and off limits to them. Don’t even think about it, honey. He was my “first husband” (Hahahahaha). I wish I had something of Mike’s also. Lord knows in a box at Mom’s house is a whole lotta Michael and Jackson family stuff. Hmmm, I think my Thriller poster is out in my garage. Don’t feel bad about wanting to purchase a jacket you would never use, it’s nostalgia….we grew up with Michael and his brothers, just like kids are growing up with Rain. Well you never know how often they have those type of auctions, it would be cool though and Bi is always have an anniversary of some sort. So that type of opportunity may yet come. I do hope his twitter itch continues, especially when his time becomes “free-er.” Also, I agree that sending him a scrapbook for his birthday is a great idea. He would be more inclined to look at a book as opposed to individual cards, cause I’m sure he gets thousands of individual cards, but not many scrapbooks. I would love to someday see footage of him enjoying his gifts. That would be cool…………….

I have stupid question to ask anyone. Do anyone remember the topic about Rain life size dolls of him and his danceres? I always thought that it was actually Rain and the men just posing inside the boxes. Is this correct or was it actually life size dolls of Rain and the men in the boxes? Can someone please answer this for me? This is driving me crazy not really knowing.
