This notice from the 7th Cloud executive board was posted by Cloud RoseHoong on the rain-cloud English Talk board earlier today. Apparently someone is trying to fleece fans by selling them photo sessions with Rain during his time in Singapore for his BEST concert. This is FALSE and Rain will not be at this event.
Of course, this is very upsetting to Rain and his management. Please spread the word far and wide that Rain does not accept payments to take pictures with his fans. See below… and thanks!

The rumor that Rain’ll have a photo time with his fans in Singapore on the 21st, is completely untrue!
Hi, we’re the 7th Cloud executive board.
There is a rumor that the first and only 50 people who have paid $ 300 behind the scene in Singapore on the 21st, can pose for a photo with Rain, that’s completely untrue.
