…but in only one place, so far—Yes24.We’ve checked YesAsia, DVD Heaven, various Amazons overseas, and a few other places, and none of them have anything but the OST and posters so far. But we imagine that will change in the coming week. It would be rather silly of the Powers That Be to have Fugitive/Runaway in its gorgeous, official packaging with all the bells and whistles available only on one site. Right?
*Important FYIs: If you order from this particular site, make sure of the Region Codes available, or that your DVD player is multi-regional. Down on the page, it says 지역코드: 3,4,5,6 번 (Region: 3,4,5,6 times)… whereas North America, Europe, and parts of Africa happen to be Regions 1 and 2).
Also, The Fugitive: Plan B, on beautiful broadcast quality DVDs but without the pretty packaging, » has been available from KBSWORLDi (now MVIBO.com) for months and months at $79.99 (compared to Yes24’s $98.00), and many fans have already been enjoying their series DVD.
So if you don’t mind paying around $20. extra for pretty packaging and don’t want to wait for the other sites in English, please see the Yes24 site link (Hangeul) and details below. But make sure of what you’re buying.

i live in US and i know one website (asiandb) that has english and ship from korea. they do have fugitive plan b.

You didn’t mention what country you’re presently in, or if you speak or read Hangeul… I’ve done another quick look around at all the Internet malls we know and so far nothing has changed yet — Yes24 is still the only reputable place with what you’re looking for (Fugitive pre-orders) that we can find right now. It’s pretty much like any other shopping site, you sign up, log into you shopping cart, and buy away. We personally haven’t used Yes24 because we can’t read the language, so we’re going to have to wait on one of the English sites (YesAsia, DVD Heaven, etc.) to get this specially boxed set that can be played in our region (1).
If you do decide to pre-order a Korean version from Yes24, just be sure that it can play in your region. And if you don’t mind skipping the pretty packaging and extras and just want the high quality Korean broadcast version for less money, that one has been available at MVIBO/KBSWORLDi for months.

Far be it from me to be against anyone getting a really good deal on anything these days, with the economy so terrible. The words “well off” are not in my vocabulary! Haha. But I have to say PLEASE be careful of these types of sites.
For one thing, any online shopping mall that has had Fugitive for sale all this time, before KBS officially made it available to other sites (and there are quite a few of these places) got the show by other means. If you know what I mean. Which also means that Rain himself doesn’t get any credit for these sales on the worldwide charts that future employers check to determine his saleability. Which works against him because they think that his stuff isn’t selling.
For another thing, you might get lucky but you can never be sure of the quality.
I’m not trying to be a “downer,” or to scold anyone, or to act holier than thou, because that’s not me. Honestly. It’s just that JiHoon’s wellbeing is really important to me (and all of my fan-mates as well) and so I was compelled to share my buck-fifty.
