I love this video not only coz shows Rain working, modeling and being his goofy self but also coz it shows some hard moments that we don’t see but I am sure happens more often than we think. Is my first time doing this so if it didn’t show you have the link.

I wonder where most of this footage came from? Some of it looked like Rainy Day footage but without the tv calltags that MBC usually puts up.

I do remember watching Rainy Day Season 1 and almost DYING when he accidentally rolled his foot (while learning that Rainism choreography). His whole weight came down on it and that was scary as hell, seeing him in that kind of pain. *shudder*

Thanks for the info. I always wondered when he got injured. First time I saw this video it touched me deeply coz most of it he looked happy but then I saw those incidents and I cried. To see him soo tired and in pain made me realize how much he works to get his goals. I saw this at the very beginning of my quest for Rain and really impressed me. It let me know the kind of person he is; a true fighter.

You said that right — a true fighter indeed. I really wanted to choke him though, because even though everyone kept telling him to stay off of that foot for the rest of the night, at least, JiHoon literally could not keep himself still. He couldn’t sit there without squirming and marking choreography. And as soon as he could put any weight on it again, he was up and working through it. Definitely admirable, but foolish as he could have done himself permanent damage, which would have been the Kiss of Death to his dancing career. I could have choked him out.
But then, I also wasn’t surprised. That’s our Man and he’s never going to change. *heart him*

Rain (Jung Jihoon) is AWESOME! His amazing voice and dance skills are off the chart, and on top of that, his acting is too! He is truly a “Master Artist” (to use the term from @heart888) and a “triple threat” (singer, dancer, actor). Not many, if any artists/entertainers can say this. And he works so hard at all of it. Again – one word, AWESOME! 😀

This is indeed a fantastic “Performances” compilation….Loved it!! My “fav” moments are that Colbert Dance Battle…just cracks me up every time I see it and the Hip Song Dance Break Intro….Baby Boy danced his ass off on that one! As Busybee said on another post, Bi was/is a true “student” of Black music/dance and coming from a Black woman I have to give him his “props” Straight Up. I would be willing to bet my other “sistas” here can testify, we Do Not give out props to just “any ole body!”….(SMILES) I mean if you want ME to “buy your wares”, you’ve got to “come correct” as they say. (SMILES) Although I must say, I wasn’t quite sure how I felt about the Fresh Woman performance when I first saw it. I was like….Hmmm, ok….what You know about ‘fros and picks? HOWEVER, I eventually decided it was just a fun “Retro” performance and I Let It All Go (“exhaling*)…. so All is well in “BiAlamode Land.” (SMILES)
His beauty aside, the man is just a “true” Showman……showmanship is what separates the hitmakers/30 yr. career builders from the One Hit Wonders!

I think Rain is the most hard worker performer in the world today. Hands down. He gives high energy concerts were he sings and dance, the way he does, almost nonstop during say next to two hours? I mean, the man only stops when he talks with the audience and that is maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Rain earns every penny!! His cds are works of arts; there is no other way to describe them and every series he’s been are very well done with amazing acting skills. We all know that fugitive was nonstop action scenes and Ninja Assasin was so hard on him that he got 0% body fat!! Rain has earn thru blood, sweat, hard work tears and sleepless nights everything he is today and nobody can question that. Only one word to describe him: amazing

I have said it before and I will say it again…A LOT of entertainers nowadays should take notes from Rain. He never got anything handed to him and he works super duper hard for everything he has. Also very few people sing live nowadays but Rain does it and makes it look effortless.
