MBLAQ comes back: Watch the Boys stand in the Rain.

And just listen to THOSE CHANTS.  Go, A+s!  That’s how you do it!

I loved this staging, folks.  Good job, Boys.  Although the sound crew did get on my nerves by not always having the mics up at the right times… (Best to hurry and watch this before Mnet swoops down like a vulture and picks it off the Internet.  You know how they are.  Frankly I’m surprised this is still up.)

  9. When artist perform on this type of show do they sing live? MBLAQ sounded amazing, so were they singing live? Either way thier performance was creative( them on the floor with the rain and thier name comes up,so awsome) and amazing. Did Rain choreograph both routines or was it just for the “Stay” song?

    • Flower: They usually sing live over their tracks with vocals intact, called MR tracks. If you watch Rain do Hip Song on some of his comeback stage vids on YT from earlier last yr., you’ll notice he’ll randomly stop singing to dance his butt off and you’ll hear the MR track in the background.

  10. I love this performance!! The dancing was precise, the voices sounded amazing and they were sure and ready to kill. The floor of the stage was awesome!!! So cool seeing the water moving under them and then the name Mblaq. Speachless!! The girls where digging those songs and they already memorized them. Way to go!!

  11. This comeback stage was so good! Proud of them… they were really into it, they seemed very committed, danced well and sounded good. Go boys! The mic situation was blah. They should’ve been louder… I probably shouldn’t have to struggle to listen to Joonie sing over the chants… lol. Those girls were loud as hell!
I’m posting some really good screen caps from the performance on the forum in a few. I managed to take way too many of Joonie… lol smh.

    • @Diva,

Okay, it’s not just me then. I loved the performance, it’s clear the Boys are growing into seasoned performers pretty quickly and I know it’s because of Rain’s guidance. However, the loud chants, at times, really get on my nerves…..like during “Cry” (a song I really like). I just have to be honest. I’m certainly NOT wanting to hurt anyone’s feelings or insult anyone, because I know it’s just fans supporting their favorite performers, but Goodness it can take away from the Actual performance sometimes. I don’t mind normal screams/shouts and overall fan excitement, but I find myself talking to my computer…..”Shut Up, I want to hear the performance!”

      OK…….done venting now!…….(SMILES)

      • @BiAlamode I totally agree with what you said below:

“it’s clear the Boys are growing into seasoned performers pretty quickly and I know it’s because of Rain’s guidance.”

I have said it before MBLAQ is lucky to have someone like Rain on their side. I feel that MBLAQ is very talented on thier own. However, to have someone like Rain who is major, epic, extremely multitalented helping and wanting to see you suceed is a huge benefit. Donot get me wrong MBLAQ does work hard. However, Thier quick growth is due to Rain’s close guidance.
