Terri and I have been friends for sixteen years, and frankly, we don’t know how Rain managed to throw himself into that show the way he did. It had to be pure strength of will, and we admired him for it.

Rain cried, trying to stop himself from bursting into tears by the news that Baegka had been stricken with a brain tumor
Baegka, one of pop group Coyote’s members, made a surprise appearance on SBS TV’s show program ‘Strong Heart’ aired on the afternoon of the 28th.
Baegka said, “There is one I want to thank the most. It’s Rain who is my best friend.”
Continuing, “Rain was on a concert tour abroad as news came that I had been diagnosed with a brain tumor. Yet he called at my home. As you know, he is strong enough not to even raise his eyebrow at most things, but he cried his eyes out, covering his mouth with his hand to stop himself from bursting into tears in hope I would always keep a good heart. I had never seen him crying so hard since he cried a lot 8 years ago when he told me about his passed mother.
Then, Rain told me, ‘I have a sort of feeling that something good will happen to you. I’m sure the surgical operation will result in success.’ His words were great encouragement to me.”

I have always defended JiHoon and his friendship with Baek-Ga as all of you know and one BLOG and the person I was defending them from was not happy about it and had me BLOCKED from all wordpress Blogs! I can write down my opinion but cannot get responses or any updates I guess I should be lucky I wasn’t completely BLOCKED out which may happen anyway I also miss sending anything to JiHoon for Christmas because of that blog site. Not CLOUDUSA!! I want to make that very clear!! And if I had it to do over I would still defend JiHoon!!

i know just want you’re referring to lotus6000 and i will always defend this guy too. as a matter of fact i posted right after yours as a response and support to yours. but, i think that really sucks to block a person who simply responded to a very negative post. especially after seeing the negative post was in violation to site rules of which i thought a warning was to be e-mailed to a person first. hummmmmm
we just have to pick what is most comfortable for us, you know? at least that’s what i’ve decided to do. i just didn’t feel comfortable never knowing when those kind of post where going to appear. they tick me off so much, because they were allowed to stay there a few days. but that was not the first time such things had been posted by that person. again, i’m so sorry that happened to you and you weren’t able to join the RainBox project.

i differinly fill the care and this so move by touching from bake-ga words i’m happy to hear Rain’s friend talk about this and let everyone know about it. that was a brave thing for him to do. Rain’s fans were worried during that time as well.
for thoes netizens and others called him a fake, saying he was trying to get out of his military duties. how coulds they inslut rain firenship btw these i could never see why they over react and judge rain and Bae-ga for nosene words and make to republic bad rumore about him rain i was just wante dto slap them all it get em mad to make matters worst they posted all kinds of insults on his web page and he had to shut it down. i remeber rain did and all thoes was even more gossip to this
THEY OWE HIM A HUGE APOLOGY.and one it happen in front their face then they regret the fait btw.. these i feel the firenship they been know each other long and brotherhood so no way rain let goes him like that just how he cry and worries about his mother the man is an human being like other respect that ya!!

and u can see how meanful of rain he care for his family yet his firendship if i were rain i well be in the room and took care of him until i fell the confident of having a tumor it a strengh that u must fight over and give your hope hight and for rain just coz he shreding his tear i belive god see how and what meanful only firend he have he soon have been recover and rain finaly drop his shoulder knowing baek-ga is a strong person are i am so please of knowing these and their nobody can seprated them two regradess wha other say about all i know they DERSVED to live longer and contiune to be more firendship and united together that i am saying!1

Yes, totally agree with all of you. Rain is indeed a very beautiful person with a warmth heart and that’s why we love him so much 🙂
Rain is my joy, happiness, inspiration & most importantly my strenght. Ive got to known him 2 years back, thru Full House when i was diagnosed with breast cancer. Life is a mess for me & i ended up with divorce after 13yrs of courtship & 4yrs of marriage. I watched Rain everyday and i’ll never get bored. He is my everything….and I never stop mentioning about him to all my family & friends till todate and im a Rain fanatic after all..
Baekga was so fortunate to have such a great & caring friend and i envy him so much…Goodluck Baekga & aja aja fighting on the battlefield 🙂

Rain is strength for a lot of people. Count me in that group (and Terri too). I was such a mess at one point from tragedies and loss, and these days I’m so tired and scared for my family’s health that it has almost paralyzed me at times. But I see how that poor, cold, starving child plowed his path all the way to the exquisite man he is today with the determination of a bull, without backing down or giving in, keeping his compassion and humble nature along the way, and I think… I can do that too. I can keep going.

Tough times come to us all, but I can tell you from personal experience that if you have a friend you can count on to be there for you during those times, like I did, it can make ALL the difference.

i am just wondering how those who made those nasty comments on Bbaek-ga’s website (that caused him to close it down), during the most trying time of his life, i just wonder how they feel after hearing and seeing this picture? i am just wondering how others feel, when speaking out about the relationship between Rain and Bbaek-ga in a most degrading way, i just wonder how they feel.
shamed, i hope with a whole new perspective of who Ji-Hoon really is as a person. you have got to have a friend like this in your life before you can fully understand what REAL friendship means. there is something so vastly different about true friendship. it’s different than family love. if we are fortunate to find it, you’ll realize that the meaning “just as you are” has no boundaries attached to it. in your most needed time, that’s when you find out who really is a friend and Rain showed that to Bbaek-ga. Bravo to both of them for having weathered this storm together. and i’m sure Bbaek-ga is a strong support to Ji-Hoon during his rough times. i cried reading and watching this and i was validated when i felt forced to post comments to refute all the negative assumptions. may the Creator continue blessing Bbaek-ga with good health and Ji-Hoon for being such a worthy human being.

You have wonder just how horrible people like that continue to live their lives in the real world without someone or some Hand of Fate bringing what’s coming to them.
I mean, how do you live with yourself after targeting someone and intentionally hurling crap at them because you just feel it’s your right to do so? Even people who say they are doing that for a “good reason,” supposedly on the “side of good,” disgust me when they act that way.
You would think there was no such thing as a conscience.
