Of course the latter half was from a music video awards show back in the day (2003 or -04 ish?). But that first half… I keep wanting to say it’s the SangDoo cast party. That little girl reminds me so much of SangDoo’s little Bori…

JiHoon really isn’t fond of his childhood pictures being posted (particularly of Mr. and Mrs. Jung) because they’re so personal, and we understand that. We’ve always shied away from it ourselves. But this fan made tribute is so very precious and shows his progression from childhood to 2005 so wonderfully, we really want to share it with those of you who haven’t seen it.
So… enjoy. It touches your heart. 🙂

Dang, reading this has almost brought me down from my feelings after watching the videos. But, as with Rain, not much can bring me down with him. These videos were absolutely wonderful and I am so happy I had a chance to see them and so happy, again, that I have this site to refer to and interact with his other fans. It still amazes me how whatever he does, he reaches out and touches me with them. While watching these vids, when he smiled I wanted to smile, when he cried I wanted to cry, and when it seemed like there were times he was so deep in thought I just wanted to offer him comfort. No entertainer has ever affected me this way. I will always be in his corner and speak about this man.

Well good grief.
This post isn’t to any particular person.
Honestly, folks, the only reason I even mentioned the subject (and I’m wishing I hadn’t now) of JiHoon’s childhood pictures in this post was because I thought, by putting up the video I did, my actions would confuse you as we’ve never used pics of his parents before. I simply thought you’d find it odd that “I” did that, that’s all.
Just for the record:
The majority of JiHoon’s family pictures that are out there were released years ago with his permission for his appearances on talk shows, variety shows, and the like, so it’s not like they should be under lock and key or something. (Golden Fishery even used a video tribute with his mom in it a couple of years ago.) Some people even use them as icons (which I’d never do, but whatever).
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with being curious about his baby pics. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to see what he looked like, or asking about it, wanting to know if it really is him, etc., not at all. That’s normal behavior for a fan, and he was cute as hell.
Terri and I made a personal choice for OURSELVES not to post the ones we’ve collected, to spare him discomfort. (Thinking of him coming here and cringing isn’t a very nice thought.) If it came across that we were laying down the law and forbidding anyone to seek them out for themselves or condemning anyone, that wasn’t what we intended.
We made a decision not to have them here, not a personal choice for the rest of you. Looking for them across the Internet or talking about them amongst yourselves or with us isn’t “forbidden,” okay? Okay.

have health issue and only thing rain very love her alort and suported the most this drama btw.. rain the fater & boria so connected when i watch that serie i felt the LOVE of rain in childrends and how much he show the care of them even out side world too rain very care and have such a heart to other !! and when HUG boria i feel the love comming ahha very touching me!! and yes rain tribute is so very precious and shows the world to childrends or orphan with love and care that why he so honor alot thing in this worlds! & WE LOVE RAIN for that..

This issue of baby pictures came up for me once before on this blog, as I was a new fan all “hyped up” about my new found treasure Ji-Hoon. I casually mentioned that I wondered what he looked like as a child and I got “ripped a new a__s” for invading Ji-Hoon’s privacy (**that’s not totally true**)…….(SMILES).
However more than one member let it be known that they Did Not Need to see Ji-Hoon as a baby. The Ji-Hoon they see before them at present is all the Ji-Hoon they need to see. I must say I did feel insulted at the time. It was like I had committed a “grave sin” against Ji-Hoon and I would NEVER do that nor intend to do that. Suffice it to say that moment passed a long while ago and I am over it now, but honestly I don’t feel bad for wanting to know how the “object of my affection” began. I don’t think there is anything wrong with wanting to know, now GETTING TO KNOW his beginnings is something else and also something HE controls and I have made my peace with not knowing. Hey, I think we all have some “cringe worthy” family photo ops we want to stay WAY PRIVATE. I know I do. However, the few photos I have seen of Ji-Hoon MORE than satisfy. He was a beautiful child just as he is a beautiful man, just as I had envisioned. I do know this is more about privacy than the actual photos themselves. I do get it.
Lotus, I no longer ask to see these types of photos either. I only have one backside to contribute to the cause………(SMILES)

I feel so totally bad:( truly I don’t know JiHoon had an issue with pictures like this being seen? JiHoon I truly apologize I never would have mentioned them before if I knew that. Since these pictures are so personal don’t they need his permission to even be published? JiHoon I can understand about your family pictures but you were so dang adorable as a child. From now on anything I see unless it’s negative I’m keeping my mouth shut! I would never do anything to upset your balance in anyway. Please forgive me 😦 . MUCH LOVE SWEET FRIEND MUAH!

Don’t feel bad.
Several of them are out there to begin with because they were used in past variety/talk shows on television… so it’s about just not abusing them, that’s all.
