A Runaway/Fugitive Plan B viewing primer, effective 10/19, for viewers who are not in S. Korea:
* Internationally: As of September 29 (premiere night), a non-subbed livestream is available on the KBS Able website. Choose 2TV for viewing, which is dependent on your connection speed and/or browser (Internet Explorer seems to work best). FREE
* U.S. and Canada: As of October 6th, at English-based website KBSWORLDi online (KBS America), English-subbed episodes can be viewed on demand. Special Rules Apply: you must purchase points with which to watch dramas on the site, but prices are quite affordable and episodes are presented within a reasonable time frame. PAY
* U.S. and Canada: As of October 14th, DramaFever.com is carrying English-subbed Runaway: Plan B episodes for online viewing. As with all dramas there, episodes are immediately offered to paid members, and then made available for free viewing soon after. FREE/PAY (Episodes 1, 2, and 3 are now FREE.)
* U.S.: As of October 20th, on Korean TV channels carried by local, cable, and satellite providers in the U.S.A., English-subbed KBS World episodes will air on U.S. television Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 am and 2:50 pm. Please check with your local providers. As we understand it… this same set-up is going on internationally. If you have a TV channel in your country that carries Korean TV with KBS World programming, Runaway/Fugitive should already be airing on your television sets. COST UP TO LOCAL PROVIDER
Many other ways to watch the show have popped up in the three weeks since the premiere, as many ways as there are constellations in the sky, it seems! The ones listed here are concerning official (legal) outlets, the ones that will benefit Rain in terms of ratings and revenue. After all, if he doesn’t bring in money and numbers, we won’t be seeing him in dramas and projects for very long.
We tend to forget that sometimes.
The nice thing is, with so many different ways to watch the show now (above and below board, haha), and with fans across the Rain Blogosphere sharing and helping other fans with links, uploads, and sites, the groups of people who can’t watch JiWoo do his thing should be getting smaller and smaller.
That makes us very happy. No Rain fan should have to miss his portrayal of JiWoo because of location or lack of funds.

Does anyone know who made that HUMONGOUS banner for Rain at the Asia Song Festival? It was SPECTACULAR, I thought. Did everyone see that pic of it?
It made the other huge banner for that other singer look teeny. LOL. Must have cost a fortune.

WOW, leaving posts on the Rain-Cloud Korea site makes me feel like I’m spending the night at a relative’s house who we don’t know well and you have to be on your very best behavior. I feel like I want to just tell Bi “Errrything”, but I have truly had to hold myself back. We may understand how WE Spazz over here, but they may think OH GAWD who are these crazy people!
I’d be interested to know if anyone has “Spazzed Out” on the Korea site yet!……(SMILES)

The situation in the U.K. (where every time we get a break, the U.K. fans aren’t included because of location and/or licensing disagreements) is frustrating as hell to me and I don’t even live over there. Gah!
You would think something would’ve been done about it by now. Or there would be sites out of there that would have picked up the slack…

Once you have watched the legal copy you can get many many links off me for the other type of ‘legal’ subbed copy – hard subbed and soft subbed downloaded so you can keep the love flowing forever and whenever you feel like it XD
Annoyingly for me none of the legal websites work for me – seems the UK has issue’s which is nothing new.
I am seriously loving the drama though XD but Rain *nudges* International album??? just give me anything i will take it! don’t work with Kanye west! pick a not so douche artist that can actually make music! AND BRING ON THE ENGRISH!!!

But if Bi were to work with Kanye West, you’d still buy it right? Cuz I would. I think Kanye West is a good rap artist, but he has said some…unpleasant…things that have tarnished his image, and of course, I want Bi to work with artists that will only uplift his image. Still, if there’s ever a Bi and Kanye West track out there, I will search high and low to find and buy it.

like u mentiuon about the rexiwing rating goes at what am watching every wed & thursday night is that count the rating or not coz the only sitebar link that i have trust me i never miss a bit watching rain FUGITIVE i am suporting this drama like addict u can say i even put myself into dark eye staying up late just to watch this drama here in US it serveal hours different then korean that that issue with me what am asking is this part of the rating if so i very DON”T UNDERSTAND why his FUGITIVE rating drop down add on to this drama getting more and more reatalic i mean good and beeter each time the epi cxountiune i just don”t understing why??
