I don’t believe any of that bs. Don’t u have to use a persons real name in a court document? It all sounds like fabricated crap to me. Plus who has 150k in cash just sitting in ur bank account? And how do u get to it on a Saturday? From an ATm? Yeahhhh okayyyy and I’m sure u have a nice bridge in NYC u want to sell me. Sadly I lost about an hours sleep this am after reading about this and seeing peoples reactions to it on alkpop comments. Some people are wayyyy too easily led.

Any intelligent person will know this is bs but I fear thenetizens will lead a witch hunt for Rain like they have before for others. Smh.

This is PROOF POSITIVE that someone is just trying to burn Rain to the ground. Here it is, in black and white, folks.

Is this dude kidding?? These court documents don’t read like legal papers at all. They read like some jealous girl having a fit in her diary because she got dumped. LMFAO I mean, check out the melodrama in that stuff. “Obviously Rain had little regard for his fans as he did for Mr. Kim.” *sulk, sulk* *sniff, snifffle* ROFL

NOTHING IN THAT MESS IS BASED ON FACT. Read it. It is ALL this dude and his attorney’s “feelings” on everything, what they THINK is true. Well, evidently… well, we believe… well, it appeared that… (no, Rain didn’t cancel those concerts himself, you should’ve taken that out, you screwed up right there, dude)… (Rain wasn’t setting pretty, he was in deep crap from the cancelations or didn’t y’all watch the news, wrong again)… just read that melodrama, is this the script for a new soap opera??

Even J.Tune calls it a fictitious story, I wonder why, ’cause it reads like one?? I’ve never seen court documents where legal matters aren’t explained in legal terminology but in DRAMATIC PROSE.

If Rain wanted to skip out on Korea, he could have done it by now, sir. That doesn’t even sound like him. He would never forsake Korea. Ever.

But you know the kicker in all this? These “court documents” first hit a really bad scandal rag back at the end of JUNE. There was nothing additional to support them, and they went away. OH, how convenient for them to suddenly surface in the KPOP WORLD in OCTOBER right when Fugitive: Plan B has premiered and is having ratings problems. What timing. Someone is trying to burn Rain down. Mark my words. THE PAPERS ARE EVEN DATED AS FILED ON HIS BIRTH DATE. HIS BIRTHDAY! Talk about playing games??

They always wait until he’s done something good–and then fling the dirt.

Either these papers are fictitious and were written by some amateur novelist on a mission…

OR…

The lawsuit is real and is based on greed and character assassination.

i dont believe this man. Maybe he’s suing rain because of the cancelled concert that he lose in a trial court not really because of a debt. Darn it, stop pestering Rain already, he had enough.regarding this military issue, i thought rain has made it clear thru his Fugitive press conference that he’ll go next year or so? why wud he need green card to avoid it since he made it perfectly clear that he’ll go?seriously,this is just a gossip all ab out he can think of out his nut head here

1.) Why wait 3 years to sue Rain?
2.) Why go to the US to sue Rain?
3.) It’s impossible for Rain to “ran out of money!”
4.) Wasn’t this Kim guy the guy that sue Rain back in 2007 for canceling his concert?” He lost so he wants to find more stuff to sue Rain again…! WTF
5.) This guy Kimmy Kim Kim is straight up STUPID! He’s going back and forth with his story. Like for real dude, if you gonna sue somebody, at least know what you gonna lie about and keep it one story. LOL! this sound so fishy to me out suddently her come up to rain about his lawsuit and the milarity serive of getting a creencard what reder rain have or not rain already say he will going to military service dram this MR. Kim are that this Andrew Kim guy was the guy that sued Rain and JYP for canceling concerts in LA 2007, and he lost that case. I bet this guy want to get some revenge on Rain now. I hate the way he tries to make look bad when he said Rain wants to get green card to “avoid” military service. My Korean friends all have green cards, but they still have to go military service in Korea anyway. Andrew Kim is an Korean, but why he has to sue Rain in the U.S? He did it because he already lost the case in Korea, so now he wants to get his revenge on Rain in the U.S. He said he bet “his entire life savings” on the concert, then how come he still has a lot of money to lend Rain. after 2007

-Why would the guy wait three years before he filed a lawsuit?
-$150,000 in cash? Dude if the canceled concert was bad enough why give $150,000 IN CASH if you already lost money. And how the heck was he able to cash out $150,000 anyway?!
-I doubt this even happened. Rain makes millions out of his movie and music careers, he can easily pay off the $150,000.plus rain was with MBlaq boy training and other concert he have to does how the HECK my question rain gambling rain a world star that who know exzactly to be put all his money by gambling and goes to mr. kim and borrow his money what this so fishy here top this The Green Card gives him only the right to leave and work in USA for 3, 5 or 10 what that got to do what rain say about don”t want to leave to miliatiry servivice this all boo crap shit he making all up!! and for the pass 3 year just bring all these up OMG!! u must have an eye money trying to do anything just sue rain money but you know what rain anit THAT STUPID !!
