We want to provide a comprehensive introduction of Rain to those who may not know much about him, as well as help increase his presence in North America.

I have never seen Rain up close and personal but Clouds stories often talk about that “glow” of his. Soo I am going to believe them cause I do believe in fairies and sometimes he looks like one. Je, Je, seriously now, Rain do have a glow but comes from within. Is the kind that have good people with profound understanding of life. Rain has lived thru soo much and in such a short time that he have learned to sort life’s hardships keeping the good and ignoring the bad. I think his joy comes from doing what he loves; performing for his fans. That way of life gives you peace and I think that shows as a glow. However, in the last days I have notice that something is really bothering him and I hope God gives him the strength to sort things out. He is a fighther and I know he will overcome whatever that is. Just a thought 😀

I read on another blog the translated Elle China interview RAIN did. The article was about his ideal woman, but what stood out to me was the last statement he made. He said, “I need a girlfriend soon, I am very lonely.” Ji-Hoon may possibly be in a reflective mood and/or just extremely tired from the constant grind of a workaholic.
My thought is that he is maturing and may be in a place where he is ready to settle down to some degree. I have said before that he needs to slow down some so he can find THE ONE and when he does, she will help him find the balance between work and family. We will whisper a prayer for you Ji-Hoon, that you find your special love real soon until then……KEEP YA HEAD UP LOVE!!

Yes, apparently Rain does have a “glow” about him. Even one of our Cloud USA members, Amber, mentioned it in her fan account from when she saw him at LAX–as he was departing from the MTV Movie Awards. Then again, that glow could have been just the angle of the sun, or even a PhotoShop effect…like maybe in this photo? LOL.

Didn’t mean to burst your dream headline bubble, but frankly, it probably WAS just the lighting (and you know that, I know…).
Sometimes we Clouds get so gaga over this guy that we seem to forget that he’s human too. And to me there’s something sort of unnerving about that. Cause if we put this guy on too high of a pedestal, you know what? One day he’s gonna fall right off of it and smash that pretty face. And I’m not sure I want that day to come.
I dunno. Maybe the news about Fantasia has depressed me more than I thought it had. And other news about our U.S. celebs hasn’t been any better today either. Aw. Crap. Never mind peeps. Ignore Terri. She’s in a rare mood today that not even the lovely, “angelic” *clearing throat* Rain can snap her out of.
I assure you, I’ll feel better later and he’ll instantly morph into an angel again.
Yeah. A 29-year-old angel hip-hop singer/dancer/fashion designer who never scratches his crotch, never farts, never picks his nose, never pees on the toilet seat, never smokes, never drinks (okay wait…he does drink…), never has sex, and isn’t gay.
And yeah, okay…I still think he’s damned fun to look at.

I concur……I personally think he has lots of sex too, he’s just very, very quiet about it and about who. Let’s be real, no damn near 30 year old man, who has girls falling out of the woodworks at him, is gonna NOT have sex…..(BIG SMILES). He’s too Sexy and Good Natured to not have sex…(BIG SMILES). Besides, men get grumpy, when they don’t get any, I’m married…I know. Personally, I think there is probably some very happy little back up dancer “in the wings.” Watch for the one with the REALLY BIG GRIN when they perform on stage…..(**MY OPINION ONLY**)

I think it is from Rain’s second Six To Five photo shoot in the Philippines, the one in early 2009, but I’m not 100% sure. (no one would say, but just basically posted it back then… sheesh) I do know it was between the actual Six To Five launch (Dec 2008) and his catalog/book signings at all the stores (June 2009), and Rain was over in the ‘ppines during that time… his hair style matches up, and so does the scenery…
If I ever find out otherwise, I’ll be sure to amend my comment.
Or we might get lucky and get a comment from someone who remembers…
