Blast from the past #18.
This bit of entertainment news fun appears to have taken place during Sad Tango’s single release in Japan (2006, with Slowly on the B-side. Woahhh…).
We searched around for a translation, but alas, there was none to be had. Not to worry—the great music and Rain visuals are well worth the viewing, so enjoy Chef Ji-Hoon/Bartender Rain as he gallivants around Tokyo.

He is soo charming with everybody he meets that it just melts your heart. Forget what he is saying, I can look at this video for hours and not get bored. As always, LOOOVE THE HAIR *sigh*

Funny how I don’t care what his saying or singing, I just love looking and listening.

one of the many things i like about Rain is that he does not limit himself in communicating with other languages. nor does he cease in his learning of them. there’s a lot to be said for someone who goes the extra mile to show enough respect to the culture by learning to speak with them in their own native speech.
i notice what ever country he goes to he can always greet his fans in their own language. kudos to him.
