Rain chosen as ambassador for South Korea’s G20 Summit.
POPSEOUL 7/9/2010 —
South Korea has selected a distinguished number of guests to represent the country for this year’s G20 Summit, and one of them is Rain. The event will be held on November 11th and 12th and with Rain being one of the hosts, I’m sure it will be a big turnout!
There is a total of 26 handpicked Star Ambassadors that would represent the nation in terms of entertainment, sports and arts; and Rain is confirmed to have been selected to uphold the image of Korea in these aspects.
Wise choice in picking Rain, don’t you think? After all, it’s hard not to picture Rain when we think of Kpop.

I think it’s great for his country. When a person makes the kind of international impact he has made in such a short period of time (careerwise), this kind of honor shows just how BIG that impact really is. His government leaders recognize this….As a proud American, I have Great Respect for you Ji-Hoon and anyone who brings positivity while showcasing his/her culture…..Keep making your Mom proud. I am sure she is up in heaven smiling brightly!!

This is great news, now we get to see the states’man’ship in Bi.he’s already a S-K embassidor to the rsst of the world. No other S-Korean artist or actor has made such a worldly impact. I look foward to hear what he has to say about world issues. Just hope he doesn’t forget it’s my b’day month, hehe: I’m 검은 비~평화 Black rain/peace out. ^=^ ^v^
