Gorgeous stuff, from May 9th.  Gosh—I’m going to miss his eyelashes.  I have loved those eyelashes and the vulnerability they gave Rain’s character’s face from the start.  Woahhh.  I know there are those of you who didn’t, and that’s all fine, but I would appreciate you allowing me my moment.  Thanks.  — Stephe ^@@^

  1. some people cannot see past the surface, they are shallow and without imagination, that should linsten to what BI has to say about his creative process and only then will they understand his talent, it’s not all about the clothes and lashes, there ia a deeper meaning to all that…

  3. Rain has included such a deep process to developing this music, it’s a shame some fans just don’t get it or try to find out what was behind the lashes. his recent interview explained in detail how this whole outfit came about. he is masterful for giving the song words and using the clotheing in the story-telling as well.
such an inclusive job. and if this is his last appearance doing Love Song, this outfit…what can i say…the black vest and pants against his skin..yum, yum.

    • That is so right, busybee. I create fictional characters in my writing and have studied the process for several years. It’s one of the things I enjoy doing more than anything else, and I think I do it well. It’s so exciting to watch Rain do this not only in dramas and movies — I love all of his creations, but Raizo (Ninja Assassin), Bok-Gu (Love To Kill), and especially Il-Sun (Cyborg) were simply brilliant— but in the world of music videos. Wow.

He uses layers to successfully build a character’s personality (the same thing is done in novels). Nothing he used was just for the heck of it; everything conveyed a certain idea and served a purpose. Half the time I just don’t understand where some fans’ heads are at (you don’t have to be a writer to appreciate the care and thought that goes into a difficult project, as you just proved, busybee).

The fact that he’s so hot and tempting is an amazing bonus. LOL! I mean, how lucky could we get? Limitless talent and limitless sex appeal in one long, tall package. My goodness! Yum, indeed.
