The Korea Times 5/6/2010 — Local celebrities including K-pop singer-actor Rain have teamed up with the Ministry of Culture and Internet portal Nate to upgrade Korea’s image…. Other celebrities taking part in the event include Rain, who is promoting the globalization of hansik; movie star Ji Jin-hee, who is the ambassador for the Korea Tourism Organization; comedian Nam Hee-seok, who is representing the antipiracy campaign “Copy Zero”; actor Zo In-sung, the face for Military Manpower Administration; and actor Jung Jun-ho, who is the ambassador for the Ministry of Unification….

    When Rain says, “I think there is nothing better than red Duckbokki” the Minister of Agriculture says, “I think Duckbokki with sweet pumpkin in cream sauce is all right as well. I’ll feed this to Rain. He said he likes the red one, but once he has a few, he might change his mind (in a flash).”
    Rain tastes it, then says, “This yellow one is as good as the red one.”
    How perfect to make Rain “Food Ambassador” since ev everyone knows how much he likes to eat! 🙂
