Rain’s killer food binge after Ninja Assassin.
We’ve noticed that in several of the radio interviews Rain has given in the past week, he’s mentioned that crazy killer food binge he went on after Ninja Assassin wrapped up filming and he was finally free to eat whatever he wanted. He’s revealed that he scarfed down over 20,000 calories in one day, but we’re wondering if he told them exactly what he ate.
Towards the end of 2008, when he was finally back in Korea, had re-cut his hair Rainism-style and was happily singing on stage and doing talk show rounds, we recall that Rain DID tell Ho-Dong, Je-Dong, Nichkhun, and MC Mong the amount of food he ate (and kept down) during that 24-hour period. It was so incredible that show host Ho-Dong asked him, “Was your toilet okay?”
Rain’s 24-hour Food Binge After Ninja Assassin (in order of consumption)
1.5 liters of milk
3 orders of broiled eel rice
20 sashimi dishes
noodles
coffee and cake
6 orders of bacon belly
beef soup
2 hamburgers with fries
all the bread for next day’s breakfast

So unhealthy to starve and binge. I hope he doesn’t have to do such extreme things for the next movie.

I don’t think he will. I think he’s had enough of that. And the 24-hour binge was only for a day, while he emotionally let loose from the torture he’d been through. A lot of us have been there.
