As you recall, an extensive written English translation for the first three videos of the Seung Seung Jang Goo (Win Win) show was graciously provided (» see our previous Win Win post HERE). The continuation of that translation has been done… but I’ve also discovered that a wonderful US Cloud named Becky has assisted in the actual subbing of the videos and has made them available to all of us. The most striking thing about this interview for me was Rain’s candid admission that even someone as successful as him can experience loneliness, depression, and has even thought about suicide.
I guess this message hit me so hard, because today I was informed that one of my co-worker’s son’s best friends committed suicide last night. The boy was only 20 years old.
He had his entire lovely life ahead of him and yet, while in a severe depression (after arguing with his parents, losing his part-time job and breaking up with his long-time girlfriend and first love), he decided that his life was not worth living.
I urge all of you to talk with everyone you love and let them know that you care. Make sure they know that you are there for them, that they are loved.
That their lives have meaning.

He gave up a huge house befitting a mega-star to live simply in a one-bedroom apartment, during filming, because he didn’t want to forget why he was there or where he’d come from.
That is really something. Is it any wonder we all admire him so much? :heart:

Taeyeon was about to DIE over Rain’s “I want my other half (wife) to be a lady in the street and a freak in the bed” remark. LOL!
And shame on Sung-Soo! Honey, that loneliness thing is only part of the problem. If you had a younger sister, you wouldn’t introduce her to Rain because before he could blink twice she would be pure putty in his capable hands. Now you tell me I’m not right! Loneliness — ha. 😀

He is the cutest and I feel bad for him that he felt that way. I still think he should rest and take better care of himself. Saranghae Rain!
