According to this article on That’s Shanghai Online, 上海The Nest开业 is a joint venture between rum and spirits giant Bacardi (which counts Grey Goose French vodka as one of its brands) and the Muse Group (hard ciders).
The Nest is a new “gastro-lounge” located in the Rockbund area that will also serve things like fresh sashimi and oysters, venison, steak tartare, and imported caviar along with cocktails at its “raw bar.”
That sounds right up Rain’s alley, doesn’t it?
