[clip][images][wallpaper] Super Blast from the past #232: Rain, A Man of Many Statues.

When these pictures of Rain’s Rain’s World album statue at the Shin Young Cinema Museum (in Jeju) were posted on tour and travel blog VPass on 8/22… (Images credit: vpass2014.blog.me)

…I was compelled to go back in time to December 2006, when we first knew that this statue had been made in anticipation of his 2007 World Tour. We also got to see the artist. (Source: Benamoo / Credit: Catling from Joyplace / Tip: unazai @SOOMPI)

I was also compelled to revisit other Rain statues that have been graciously made by sculptors during the early years in his career. Such as this one… (Images source credit: Raina)

…and these 2 statues, on MBC in December 2007, where we also got to see the artist. The pranks on the public were hilarious! And, you might say Rain kind of “bugged out” upon meeting himself for the first time. LOL (Looks like dancers NamYong and SungTak are with him! Oooh!) 🙂 ^@@^

There’s also this one, by the same artist as above. ^@@^ (Source: Benamoo)

…and this one that I ran across in 2010, but for the life of me, I can’t remember what country it’s in. I’m thinking… somewhere in South America, maybe? Peru? Chile? ^@@^ (Images source: rainlegend)
