#曼生活•男士# 想练就大块肌肉,塑造健美身材?把哑铃扔掉,换上沙袋吧。由于沙袋的沙粒会随着运动而移动,而且沙袋的形状会不停改变,需要比举哑铃时动用更多的肌肉来保持平衡的状态,能同时锻炼到多处肌肉。因而用沙袋做代替哑铃做侧箭步抓举、单腿划船等动作,会更容易看到健身的效果。

The gist of this post: The best way to build large muscles is to stop using dumbbells and use sandbags instead. Bags of sand continuously move and change with your movements and make you adjust your balance, and you exercise more muscles that way, unlike with single muscle dumbbells. Using multiple muscles makes it easier to see the effects of fitness/bodybuilding… ^@@^

  2. I can see a lot of guys agreeing or not with the “Gist of the Post” write up. Men are SO opinionated that way.

    However, you’re right they couldn’t have picked a better VISUAL. Hey, if I was a guy I’d wanna start hitting some sandbags right about now!
