After being chosen one of the star ambassadors representing South Korea for the prestigious 2010 G20 Summit, where world heads of government came together to confer on their individual economies, Rain hit the stage at the 2010 Asia Song Festival, a music show in celebration of the summit.
There was some flip-flopping back and forth at first as to if he would be at the show (he was filming The Fugitive: Plan B at the same time), but it all worked out. During the performance, unfortunately, Rain’s sound equipment kept going out on him. It was a relief when they finally—for the last song—gave the Man a hand-held mic. Good grief. But it was still a stellar performance and he was as charming as ever!
