[Rain] : Nice to meet you, ‘Lee Dae Hwa’. Many people including my fans want to get to know ‘Lee Dae Hwa’. He has a soft, almost musical voice. {He sure does!  His voice is superb. S. ^@@^}

[Lee Dae Hwa] : Thank you.

[KCM] : I have a question.

[Rain] : KCM, you can take a rain check. (laughs) {*snicker* 😛  S. ^@@^}

‘Lee Dae Hwa’, how have you been?

[Lee Dae Hwa] : I’m doing just fine.

[KCM] : I think he also sings very well.

[Lee Dae Hwa] :But, I don’t sing well.

[Rain] : It’s better not to try to sing too well. It’s good to just enjoy singing.

-Flo Rida’s Run (Feat. RedFoo of LMFAO) –

[Lee Dae Hwa] : Rapper and singer Flo Rida is using house music in his album. His song ‘Run’ has caused a new trend-shuffle dance-to be created in Korea.

[Rain] : I think it’s a sort of a shout of glee.

-Beach Boys’ That’s Why God Made The Radio-

[Lee Dae Hwa] : Beach Boys was the most popular rock group in the 1960’s all over the world. The group has released their 29th album recently. The group is celebrating their 50th debut anniversary this year. Their initial musical style was rooted in rock and roll and skiffle, but the group has tried many different musical genres.

(Just then, Rain let out a loud sneeze.)

[Rain] : I sneeze a lot due to the allergic rhinitis. I’m sorry for disturbing you. {Yeah, buddy, those allergies can be a b*tch! S. ^@@^}

[KCM]: Listener ‘Because Of You’, “Beach Boys look fairly advanced in age. How old are they?”

[Lee Dae Hwa] : I don’t know exactly how old they are, but they debuted in their early twenties, in early 1960’s.

-(Korean singer )’Yim Jae Bu’s 이또한 지나가리라-

[Lee Dae Hwa] : There is a singer who is as great – ‘Yim Jae Bum’. ‘Kim Hyung Suk’ participated in this album as a composer.

[Rain] : Such singers come around about once a century. He can be second only to American singer Michael Bolton. ‘Yim Jae Bum’ captivates an audience by singing with a captivating voice as I do, by giving a great performance that commands attention all at once. (laughs) Sorry.

[KCM]: Listener ‘My Love Boku’, “I’ve heard ‘Yim Jae Bum’ has released his new album for the first time in 8 years. I hope he’ll hit the jackpot in the album.”

[Rain] : Listener ‘#2745’, “I like ‘Yim Jae Bum’s mannish voice.”

-K vs R or R vs K-

[Rain] : Today’s guests are PFC ‘Kim Sung Won’ and ‘Park Kyung Wook’. You two didn’t show up at this show last week.

[Park Kyung Wook] : We couldn’t make it because of action official ‘Choi Eui Sung’. (laughs)

[Rain] : You must not disclose other people’s personal information. (laughs)

[Kim Sung Won] : ‘Park Kyung Wook’ and I put on a performance at a military camp in Inje region to boost the morale of the troops, instead.

[KCM] : How do you feel when it rains on holidays?

[Park Kyung Wook] : I will wear my poncho raincoat. (laughs)

[KCM] : He doesn’t seem to have much understanding of the question. (laughs)

[Rain] : Today’s ‘K vs R or R vs K’ – Which do you think makes your blood run colder between R’s story and K’s story?

[Rain] : Do you enjoy watching a horror movie?

[KCM] : I’m not a big fan of a horror movie, but I enjoy hearing a creepy ghost story.

[Kim Sung Won] : ‘Park Kyung Wook’ often tells me about a ghostly experience of his.

[Park Kyung Wook] : I tend to often have a nightmare.

[Kim Sung Won] : It’s curious to say, but I’ve seen a ghost. When we made a 40 km march at night, a woman washing clothes by a brook was seen. For a flash we could not say anything and she suddenly disappeared in front of our eyes.

[KCM] : My soldier mates told me that a female ghost fell down in front of their eyes just before I came out after I washed the dishes clean in my recruit days.

[Rain] : It is not that scary. (laughs) She just fell and her leg just hurt. (laughs)

[Rain] : Listener ‘#0232’, “One day, an old woman walked up to a sentry on guard and asked him. “Please crack this tube.” Just when the sentry tried to crack it, he began to come around and realize what he had almost done. He found himself trying to take the pin off a hand grenade and the woman was already swallowed up into darkness.”

[Kim Sung Won] : Oh, boy, that was a close call!

[KCM] : Listener ‘Ang’, “While I was sleeping on my side, somebody felt up my body but I found the fact that I could not move. I found myself in my room when I woke up. What happened to me?”

I think she had a nightmare.

[Rain] : I don’t like horror movies because the images from the horror movie I formerly saw are always in my head.

[KCM] : Me too.

[KCM] : When I was recording my first album in a recording studio, I felt as if a man was singing along even though I was alone in the studio. I really believed there was a ghost in the studio.”

[Rain] : There is not much fun in that. (laughs)

[KCM] : In conclusion, the ghost was a male ghost from Korea. (laughs) But, I hit it big with the album.

[Rain] : There are many kinds of ghosts. (laughs) There are Korea’s female ghosts shaking their hairs out loose, Japan’s ghosts who always come out of wells, China’s frozen corpses, Western countries’ vampires, zombies, doppelgangers, etc. The most terrifying ghosts seem to be Korea’s female ghosts shaking their hairs out loose. I don’t know why Japan’s ghosts always try to come out of wells or TVs? (laughs) I’ve seen my doppelganger in Japan. He was posing as a model in a fashion magazine. He looked thinner than I did, but he looked exactly like me.

[KCM] : I think a zombie is the most frightening ghost.

[Rain] : I can’t understand why vampires suck the blood of people. They can use a blood bank full of blood. (laughs) Of course, they may prefer flesh blood rather than saved one. (laughs)

– The match is started –

[Rain] : Listener ‘Yanggangi’, “While I was sleeping with my younger sister on a hot summer day, my mother appeared in my dream but I couldn’t move suffering from nightmares. Then, I briefly awoke from my sleep and then heard a woman’s voice saying, ‘I know you suffered from nightmares.’ After that, I went back to sleep. Who was the woman?”

I want to add one more thing. According to my friend, when he was sleeping in his middle school days, an old woman holding a pair of scissors steeped in blood between her lips, appeared in his dream. He hid behind his mother watching TV as soon as he woke up from the nightmare, and then he went back to sleep but the old woman appeared again holding a pair of scissors steeped in blood between her lips. He couldn’t wake up from the nightmare through the whole night.”

[Kim Sung Won] : What a scary story!

[KCM] : ‘A listener’, “While I was coming back from vacation, my car suddenly stalled inside a tunnel and refused to start again. Then, an invisible man or woman kept on knocking my windshield and so the windshield was smudged with fingerprints. Shaking with fright, I started my car again for dear life and my car passed through the tunnel. When I arrived at a car wash to clean the fingerprints, a worker at the car wash told me, ‘The insides of the windshield are smudged with fingerprints.’ ” {Aaaaaieeeeee! That was a great punch line, KCM! *shiver* S. ^@@^}

[Kim Sung Won] : The listener seemed to sit with the ghost.

[Rain] : The winner will be decided by vote.

[Rain] : If there is a ghost here, I’ll tell him or her, “There is the door for you! Please go, and quick!” (laughs) Likewise, I tell my dog ‘Jangunny’ (General), “Go”, whenever he disturbs me. (laughs)

[KCM] : It is said there is a painter who can draw the portraits of the dead in Thailand. So I’ve come to believe in ghosts.

[Rain] : (replying half-heartedly to what KCM said) OK. (laughs)

[Rain] : Listener ‘#1872’, “Please stop toying with your scissors!”

It was just a dream!

[KCM] :  Listener ‘My Groove’, “I often see my doppelganger in my dream.”

[Kim Sung Won] : Listener ‘Twinkling’, “When women sleep, please don’t lay their hairs on pillows because they may be killed by ghosts.”

[Park Kyung Wook] :Listener ‘#2975’, “I suddenly got scared when the lightning flashed and the thunder filled the air just in time.”

[Rain] : Listener ‘#8686’, “I’m frightened of hearing a scary story.”

Those stories are not scary.

[KCM] :  Listener ‘#1104’, “I had my fortune told by a fortune-teller, she almost made good hits.”

[Kim Sung Won] : Listener ‘Jin Eun Joo’, “What is most feared is the darkness.”

(Then, Rain sneezes non-stop because of allergic rhinitis.)

[Kim Sung Won] : When my friend awoke from his sleep after drinking liquor, he was aghast by the fact that his arms had disappeared. It turned out that he had slept raising his arms while he was sleeping. (laughs)

[Rain] : According to corporal ‘Lee Jin Ho’, he was unable to move his body having no feeling in his right arm in his dream. It turned out that his arm had been buried under his body while he was sleeping. (laughs)

[Rain] :  Listener ‘Woosagi’, “A wastebasket is installed in each bathroom in Korea, so I fear something may show up out of the wastebasket.” (laughs)

[Rain] : I think I’m more afraid of people than ghosts as there are quite a number of people who may be more wicked than ghosts in the world. So, my motto is to give no trouble to others. {Wow, there sure are some folks on the Internet who could use that motto right now. S. ^@@^}

[Kim Sung Won]&[Park Kyung Wook] : I agree.

[Rain] : Have you got ripped off by somebody?

[Park Kyung Wook] : Yes, I have. (laughs)

[Rain] : Anyway, the trust between people may be indeed the most important.

[KCM] :  Listener ‘#9184’, “You frightened me with horror stories, but I feel they are interesting now.” (laughs)

[Rain] : Listener ‘#2332’, “When a store owner tried to close up for the night, an old woman begged the owner for help, saying ‘I’m very hungry, please give me some milk and bread.” So, the owner gave her some milk and bread and she ate it all. But, when the owner went to the store to open it early the next morning, he found that the milk and bread sat unopened on the street in front of the store.”

She probably couldn’t take them from one side to the other side.

When my family was once as poor as a church mouse before my debut as a singer, I held a memorial service for my late mother with all my heart by using the money from my part-time job. I think honoring one’s ancestors is a duty of every person. {Bless your heart, JiHoon. S. ^@@^}
