I’ve decided to break my diet. Whatever you may think, I work hard for a living, so I don’t think there’s any need for me to diet. I don’t want to stress about it anymore and I want to lead a life of indulgence. That way, I can feel easy during my military service. It’s better for me to gain some weight. ‘Kon Soo Jung’, please do not diet. (laughs) It’s not good for your health to diet. Appropriate exercise can help you stay fit and healthy.
