- As far as I know, Consolatory Train is like a series of morale-boosting stage shows specifically for the troops. I think it travels from base to base. I’m not exactly sure what it involves but entertainment for the soldiers is the name of the game (which probably includes comedy, song, interactive stuff, etc.).
